this case is complicated by the fact that, in utah, selling your daughter’s virginity once is a misdemeanor but selling it twice is a felony…

First off, do I ever live next to her skinny bishy twin. When I’m at the mall with my 14 year old son and we are about to walk past Victoria’s Secret, I slow down, go real close to the doors and point out that they have models in there walking around in lingerie.  He always tries not to look and act uninterested. 

Other times, if he’s not paying attention when we’re in Walmart or whatever, I’ll be sure to navigate through the women’s bras and underwear section.  As soon as he realizes where we are, he’ll bolt out of it to meet me on the other side, all embarrassed.  I get met with a red-faced, dirty look.  I think it’s funny.  I think I’ve said it before that I live to mess with my kids.

Oh, I love doing that too.  Try it when they are just about to take a drink from something (not with a straw) too.  The best car practical joke is (when they are older of course), is when you are picking them up from junior/senior high and when they open the door to get in, go forward a bit, wait for them to get in, go forward a bit, etc.  It’s funny because their friends are laughing too.  HAHA.  My oldest just jumped in once just as I hit the brake and ended up on the floor of the car.

Or, send them into the store for you and while they are in there, move your car to the far end of the parking lot behind another car and wait.  It’s always giggle inducing to watch your kid search for you.  Especially on rainy or cold days.

With my four kids, I could write a decent size how-to manual for fucking around with your kids at all ages.  I can’t wait for one of my daughters to get married so I can give my new son-in-law a pair of leopard print speedos.  I will mess with the kids-in-laws too. Ohhhh, and then there’s the grandkids…….

I loved the moving forward bit when mine were in middle school! But my favorite now is making them dance before I unlock the car door and let them in. Just an FYI, this only produces the desired effect when in a public place. But be wary, paybacks are a bitch, they both have their own cars (almost 20 & 18) now and on the occasions I’ve ridden with them, I’ve had to do the cabbage patch a couple of times. One of these days I will bust out my “invisible pole” in some parking lot and scar them for life and fix them good.:)
