Gary, Indiana — If you are responsible for leaving two bodies in a 15-foot high pile of horse manure at an Indiana horse farm, police would like to talk with you.
A man was boarding his horse at the farm Sunday morning when he notice what he thought was an arm sticking out of the manure pile that has collected on the farm for a couple years. When police arrived and began removing the body from the pile, they found a second one. Both bodies, one of them being reported as a white male, were wrapped in plastic.
The second body has not been identified as at the time of the reports, it had not been removed from the plastic. They were waiting for today so that the coroner could perform an autopsy as soon as the plastic was removed. They also found some bones in the pile, but they turned out to belong to horses.
Police are asking that anyone missing anyone, or with any information as to how these bodies got to where they were found, to contact Gary police Detective Mike Barnes at (219) 881-7434.Tags: Crime, farm, horse, Indiana, manure, Murder
