Man Pleads Guilty To Joining Sexual Predator Mile-High Club

Berkeley Heights, NJ – Ramesh Advani, 64, has pleaded guilty to sexually abusing a sleeping woman during a flight from Hong Kong to Newark.

Advani entered his guilty plea before U.S. Judge Dennis M. Cavanaugh on Tuesday. The man was charged in federal court because the flight was over international waters when the crime was committed.

Advani was arrested in May of last year after being accused of reaching under the blanket of a sleeping woman aboard the Continental flight and sexually abusing her. According to court documents, Advani allegedly touched the woman’s “genitalia, groin and inner thigh” all while he moved “napkins around inside of his pants.”

Two passengers witnessed the alleged sexual assault and kicked the woman’s chair in an attempt to wake her up. She awoke and alerted the flight crew. Advani was detained when the plane landed and taken into custody by the FBI.

Scheduled to be sentenced on August 1, Advani is looking at up to three years behind bars.

Incidentally, Advani is the first person known to be able to sexually molest someone while moving napkins around in their pants. It is not simple.

Up to 3 years behind bars? That’s it? Christ, that’s sad.

This story bothers me a lot because this is exactly what happened to me when I was 13 by the father of the kids I was babysitting. He got away with it because I didn’t tell anyone for multiple reasons. If 3 years is all he would have gotten, I’m glad I never told. It wouldn’t have been worth the public humiliation I would have gone through. Three years doesn’t equal the lifetime of guilt this woman will go through.

Fuck, I just want to get this guy alone and beat the life out of him. I could get a lot of frustration out and I would definitely make it a better punishment than 3 years.

The crew could have just pushed him out of the plane. That would be a lot easier than calling the FBI, watching the guy, and dealing with all that paperwork. “Ramesh who? I have no idea what happened to him. We flew over the Bermuda Triangle, hell, people disappear there all the time. Just another tragic victim of the Bermuda Triangle.”

How did this guy think he was gonna get away with this? I am happy believing there is a special place in hell for sexual predators. 3 years? DEATH!!! My 5 year old son was molested by his 16 year old uncle, and that piece of shit is only locked up until he is 21. More than likely though he will be released at 18. I couldn’t believe that when I heard it. I would rather him rot in a prison where a large man can have his way with him forcefully everyday.

Not good enough in my books. Perhaps gouging of his eyes so he can’t ever see another woman, a pencil to the ears so he can’t ever hear a woman moan from pleasure, a drill to his nose to stop him from ever catching the scent of a woman and well, would cutting off his tongue be going too far?

Let him keep his non-offending hand so that every time he jacks off with it, he will remember better all that he lost.

Where to begin? Horrible for this poor lady. Then there is the rest of the people on the plane. Awkward. Im surprised he got off that flight alive. That is one LONG flight. Three years is not nearly enough. I wonder how many times he got away with that? Just nasty on every level.

Yeah, typically when one goes through such experiences, I think that as a victim you want something to happen to them that makes them feel the pain that you felt… and then some. Three years of living for free, with things that I often don’t even have, just does not cut it for me. I want physical/psychological torture, as gruesome as possible, for as long as possible, and then eventually, death. Eventually.

There’s actually an invention based on that idea somewhat. It’s called the “Rapex” (technically now it’s called the “Rape-aXe” because of some issues over the name), it’s a condom-type device with barbs in it, meant to be worn by women who live in areas where rape is rampant. It was invented by a South African woman in response to all the terrible and brutal rapes that were happening in her country, to women of all ages obviously. Here’s the wiki link on it, it looks like it would definitely do some damage to a rapist’s peener (which I am not against). Oh, and the thing can only be removed surgically! Genius!
