Police: Woman Sexually Assaulted 4-Year-Old Daughter, Offered Her To Online “Friend”

As glad as I am that she is behind bars, I doubt much will happen, at least I know she wont get as hard of a sentence as if it was a man. I agree with Plays but it has happened several times before, when a mother abuses the kids, more often than not they get some form of leniency and excuses made on there behalf. There have been few exceptions but not many. Also in my eyes it disproves ( again ) the societal notion that mothers are better caregivers just because they are mothers.

i can’t help but wonder about the swirly, deranged thought process that leads someone like this nutjob to think that, not only that this is reasonable behavior, but that it will actually be attractive…

No matter what the statitics, I believe the MOTHERS SHOULD BE BETTER CAREGIVERS, we give life to these precious beings…… and to actually give life to something and then abuse it in such a horrid fashion is something I can not wrap my mind around… there are special places in hell for these crazies… and the mothers in gen pop are waiting on this bitch….I pray she never gets her nasty hands on those babies again! Sick bitch!

Rather than prove that either the mothers or the fathers are better caretakers, this points out that maybe all cases should be analyzed carefully on a case by case situation. I do believe that the mothers generally get custody unless they are beyond a shadow of a doubt bat shit crazy… See this story… This would be a huge tragedy if the kids were not oblivious to the the majority of the mess.

Maybe I misunderstood the news report but, wasn’t it supposed to be SUPERVISED visitation? Where the hell was the person who was supposed to be supervising? Throw the proverbial book at both egg donor/incubator and grandmother who was supposed to be supervising. Sometimes, I just really hate people.

In fact, per capita, you’re much more likely to make national news for this kind of behavior if you’re a woman than if you’re a man. Andrea Ziza’s mother is a fucking moron. Sure, it’s fine that she’s asking for prayer for her daughter, but at the same time, she should be working to make sure that her daughter is punished to the fullest extent of the law, and she should also be praying for healing for her granddaughters. I was four years old the first time I was molested, and nearly 30 years later, I still have problems letting people touch me, even casually…not to mention the trust issues I still have and the sexual dysfunction I’m still working through.

Oh, and my mother works with exploited children, so if I did something like that to my child, she would probably be the first one calling for my head on a pike.

It makes me wonder if Mommie Dearest let somebody diddle Andrea when she was her daughter’s age, and Andrea is just carrying on family tradition.

People I apprecaiate your support. Nice write up Kerri. I do need to correct a few things though, at the time of this Andrea had custody of them during the weekends and I had the girls during the week. I am now the fulltime parent. Also, you guy’s mentioned that her mother was praying for just Andrea. I seen the same thing and took some bad feelings from that, but I wanted you all to know that Shannon is devestated for the girls. I was commenting more on the fact that people who were writing her was only worried about Andrea and no mention of my kids. I am starting a site that I have been toying with for a while and it is time I take it serious. It is called http://parentsagainstpredators.com. I’ll have more interesting, stunning facts when I make her my first story.

But please, her mother, youngest son and I all shared a good hour of tears and talked about this. That family does care for the kids and has been talking over the phone with them and we will be planning some visits and such. So please don’t harrass them. This, in my mind is all about my ex-wife, her wrong doings and how she makes me sick to my stomach. I haven’t really slept in four days I haven’t aten much and I have lost about 10 pounds in less than a week. But you know what, my three and four year old are smiling, laughing and bouncing around like monkeys. They are doing great and well protected.

I don’t know anything about Michigan’s family court system, but the best advice I can give you is to move heaven and earth to have your ex-wife’s parental rights terminated. That way, she’ll never be able to have a legal say in their upbringing, nor will she have any visitation rights. It’s a harsh thing to do, but you have two defenseless children to protect. They come first. If you can’t afford to hire a lawyer to represent their interests in court, see if you can get someone to do it pro bono. Legal Aid should be able to help you with that. If you can’t get a pro bono attorney, find out if the family court might appoint one. I cannot make this clearer: do everything you can to get her parental rights terminated.

Also, I hate to give such depressing advice, but make sure you have a will that spells out exactly who you want your kids to go to in the event of your death. Their maternal grandparents may love them with all their hearts, but if you die and they get guardianship of your children, she’ll almost certainly have access to them.

My thoughts on the family have never changed. You have to understand that I would keep them in the girls life if it benefits the girls, but these girls are my priority. Andrea’s side of her family and myself really have never gotten along. That’s just the way it is. I am a free-spirited, ex-military, rock and roll dude who doesn’t go to church. They go multiple times a week and because of that I don’t think we have ever seen eye to eye. Not only that, but… You know what, go check out my latest blog that you linked to above and scroll down. You see Shallyn, Andrea’s sister commenting on it and then I spill some more of the family beans if you will. Trust me, what you all have seen is just the tip of the iceberg. I could probably write a book about this there is just that much that has gone on in just the past three years. But the one thing that stays true is that I do want them to be left alone. It is Andrea who screwed up and God only knows the outcome. Hopefully it is Prison for years to come as child mollesters have it very rough in there. Oops, is that a shank in my liver? Oh darn, time to close my eyes. I have no love for child mollesters.
