Teen Accused Of Pouring Hydrochloric Acid On Classmates HeadBrooklyn, NY — 16-year-old Zhanna Smsarian was arrested Wednesday after admitting to pouring diluted hydrochloric acid on a classmate’s head in hopes of blinding her.

“During [the class before chemistry, Smsarian] was staring at me and giving me an evil grin,” 15-tear-old Albina Eshimbaeva said. “That made me uncomfortable – somehow I knew something was gonna happen.” And something did….

Police say Smsarian approached Eshimbaeva from behind Wednesday morning and poured a beaker of diluted hydrochloric acid over the girl’s head.

“She was standing behind me – I felt it,” Eshimbaeva said. “I felt something was coming. All of a sudden I feel liquid flowing down my forehead. I thought it was water, until I turned and saw the beaker in her hand that had the acid label. Then my skin started burning.”

A quick thinking teacher flushed the girl’s eyes with water and she was immediately transported to the Staten Island Hospital burn center. Doctors say Eshimbaeva would surely have been blinded if the acid had not been weakened when diluted.

Smsarian admitted to the attack, telling police she wanted to burn Eshimbaeva’s eyes out…she got what she deserved.

Charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon, possession of noxious material and harassment, Smsarian has since been released on $7,500 bond.

Eshimbaeva has returned to school and will not suffer any lasting effects from the attack.

What the hell’s her problem? What an evil little bitch. See that look on her face in that pic?

  • Shauna Olsen

No what is more messed up is that they actually let her back into the school since she is an honor student and had never been in trouble before. So…what is next for this kid? She may make sure that the next time she assaults anyone that what she uses does the damage she wants. Like a gun, knife or full concentration acid. Just saying that it should not matter she is an honor student. She maliciously and with forthought set out to seriously hurt and maim a fellow student—over nail polish and a guy for fuck sake—and she got this psychotic!!! Wow!

  • Parrot Toes

The punishment should be to allow the attacked girl to do the same to her but to wait longer before having her face flushed.

Also, if I were that bitch’s mother, she would be staying in jail. Fuck her.

  • EveryVillainIsLemons

Seriously, though–shit like this makes me afraid of what will happen when my daughter goes to school. Industrial-strength psychopaths seem to be becoming more common.

  • Parrot Toes

Fuck, I’m worried about when my kids’ kids go to school. I can’t even imagine how it can get much worse.

Sorry, I know that’s not very encouraging for you.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_FU3HP7ITQU543X7XAFHJP5SBXA Lonny

Yeah, that’s right. Give the evil little psychotic bitch a low bail amount so that her presumably idiotic parents can bail her out . . . Now so she can get right back out to walk amongst the general public with that shitty attitude and cause more havoc.

If that was my daughter (God forbid), I would have let the little heifer stay in jail to learn a lesson. There’s NO WAY I would have bailed my kid out after doing something that despicable.

Ugh. I’m pretty sure some type of restraining order has been issued so that sweet widdle Miss Zhanna can’t go near the victim. But who’s to say whether or not the rotten little twit will adhere to the conditions of the order?

She obviously doesn’t care what happens to her after committing such a horrible act. That alone proves that she has no respect for the law and little to no moral judgment.

  • Athena

Don’t worry so much. I don’t know how old you are, but crimes against minors are way down from when I was a kid (the 90s). Your kid’s more likely to get struck by lightening than get splashed with acid.

  • Anonymous

So let me guess….this girl’s who poured acid on another human being trying to blind her is going to do less time in jail than the girl who killed the hamster? out on $7,500 bail? that’s all?

  • Anonymous

Oh God, I hope they don’t have PE together cause the teachers never go into the locker rooms.

BTW, she’s a psychopath. She’s got every one fooled. Honor students are usually evil (I know cause I hung out with one). They usually study to get out of doing something (although some actually are good people… Athena) & they are the ones with the craziest ideas….

  • http://www.facebook.com/megan.mcdonell Megan McDonell

This girl may be a psychopath, but to say honor students are USUALLY evil because you hung out with ONE is a bit much of a generalization, isn’t it?

  • Anonymous

Honor Students usually study to be better than everyone else, to always win and be #1, not all of them, only the evil ones, (I know a few too) just some and thats the worst kind, they will be inclined to do some shit like this when they arent #1 or win something they want… this girk (misspelled on purpose) is actually back in school after pouring acid on another girls face and trying to blind her? Trust me, she will be in trouble again the next time she dont get her way and always will blame the other person… the way to drive these types crazy is to always have another better and smarter person around that beats them everytime, it kills them when they cant be #1…

  • Anonymous

Its just a blog and she is just posting her experiences, you read it and you dont have to agree…

  • Athena

    Ha! :P

As an ex-honors student, I hung out with a shit ton of other honors students, and I feel quite confident in stating the honors students as a whole are no more (or less) evil than any other type of kid. Perhaps more creative in their evil at times… but that doesn’t make them “more evil”. What this chick did was nefarious, certainly. But is it evil just because it was acid and she was aiming to blind the other girl? What if she had just brought a boring old gun to school and shot the girl. Surely, that would have been more evil, even though it didn’t involve anything out of a spy movie, right?

  • Athena

I’ve got to disagree. When you’re an honors student, you are CONSTANTLY reminded that there will always be someone around who is smarter, stronger, faster, better. You’re surrounded by these people, your peers, day in and day out. I think the kind of person you describe would be if an honors-level student who stayed in regular courses and was constantly surrounded by the intellectually inferior. That would give someone a superiority complex.

I would implore people to let go of what appears to be some anti-intellectualism or bias. It may seem innocent, half-joking or even justified, but a belief that honors students or smart people are something more than regular old people with a knack for academics contributes to real life bullying and discrimination. I’ve lived through plenty of it.

I mean, Jo’s comment kinda makes me sound like a “house nigger” (my apologies to the sensitive, but there’s really no better way to describe it). 70 years ago, it would have been “Fuck those dirty, lazy negros… except for our Toby. He’s alright.” I know she didn’t mean it that way, but that’s sort of how came off. :P

If intellectuals were, on average, more evil than everyone else, society would be SO screwed. ;)

I think trying to maim someone so they can live the rest of their life knowing you BLINDED them is actually far more evil than just shooting someone.

  • Anonymous

Well, we wouldn’t want her self-esteem to take a hit just because she wanted to permanently maim someone! That could lead to her doing naughty things.

  • Athena

Really? Shooting someone is likely to kill them. I think that’s far more evil. Different perspectives, I guess.

  • Anonymous

I guess it’s because when you kill someone, the motivation seems more like you just want them gone. When you try to blind someone, you want them to suffer for the rest of their life. It’s all about inflicting pain, and living with the satisfaction that you destroyed (rather than removed) someone’s life.

This girl was fully prepared to be smug that she had robbed another girl of her life (her current life as a successful honor student and ROTC participant) in a way that would inflict the maximum amount of psychological torture for the longest period of time. That’s sadistic in a way that a quick death by shooting isn’t.

@Athena Its all in perception, what one reads and understands comes off as something else to another, its not like we are having a conversation where you can see facial expressions or hear voice inflection, it sometimes is read as something completely different than what was meant, I dont think Jo really meant anything other than her experiences, Im so glad we all can see the world different and share what we see, otherwise we’d all be just robots parroting each other and I can also see how never having anyone who can be on the same level with you would be frustrating as well, you would try to hold a conversation, the other person dont get it and will actually call you the stupid one (wtf you talking about and laugh at you) so you would just walk away and wonder when will I find people who I can communicate with… With the “cool kids” in school being the ones that are dumb its no wonder there is confusion like this, eventually kids who like to discuss philosophy or something more learn to shut up and not say a word, keep their thoughts to themselves, but you have to admit, some are in it to win that #1 status… at any cost… and Im the stupid one here because I only went by a post I read that she was let out of jail due to her scholastic acheivements without even checking it out…

$7,500 in bail? $7,500 really? Bull shit. The judge should be sent to jail while she waits for trial. $7,500? God damn judge.

Never been in trouble before? Well this hot mess made up for lost time.

Cunt I hope you learn to love eating pussy pretty quick cause it looks like you might be doing that a lot if you don’t want to get your ass kicked everyday in the pen… BTW you’ll look great with HPV blisters all over your lips. Cunt.

No, sorry, it’s not more evil.

I concur with all that Deety said (Heh…for once ;) ).

Guns are the clumsy, stupid way of evil revenge. Blinding someone, slowly poisoning someone, maiming someone in some way–that’s the evil shit way, and it’s the way of the Honor Student because we’re the ones who know all about that shit (chemicals that will maim, poisons that will kill/leave little trace, etc.).

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/John-House/1011555524 John House

I like how that little cunt thinks that wearing a ROTC uniform in front of the court will in some way lessen the severity of her psychosis. Because yanno, we need this kind of psycho in our actual military…right?

Eshimbaeva, Smsarian…what kind of school was this? Lots of Eastern Euros?

  • malq

That look is the same one I saw on my friends face last week. He was constipated after being on oxycotin for a week following surgery.

I would be curious to know the mole strength of that hydrochloric acid. Maybe that has something to do with the low bail and punishment. It can be very weak in HS chemistry labs for obvious reasons. I have spilled battery acid(relatively weak) on my skin and not noticed it for almost an hour. Then there are 6 mole solutions, which will dissolve skin to the bone in minutes.

  • malq

    hahaha, post of the year!

  • Anonymous

Actually I think Athena and Deety are both right…BOTh are evil, but what this girl did adds such a cruel twist to it, she wanted this other girl to live a maimed tortured life and took delight in it…sad…and scary!
