Police Looking For Man Caught On Video Moments Before Attacking Young GirlMANATEE COUNTY, Fla. – Police need help finding the man caught on video stalking a 12-year-old girl as she walked home from school, moments before he tried to sexually assault her.

It’s pretty chilling to watch, especially when you realize the attack happened in broad daylight in a church parking lot. In the video you can see the girl followed by a man who runs to catch up to her.

Off screen he picks her up and carries her to some woods where he attempts to rape her. He is scared off when the quick thinking girl tells him people are watching.

Police think this man is a predator responsible for similar attacks that have happened to young girls in the area. In November a 15-year-old girl was attacked but was able to get away from her attacker. The same could not be said for a 15-year-old who was attacked and raped in January.

Deputies are on extra patrols around Bayshore High School and Lee Magnet Middle School and telling students to take precautions when walking to and from school like employing the tried and true buddy system.

“Don’t be alone, he accosted girls that are alone,” advised Dave Bristow, public information officer for Manatee County.

The suspect is described as a black man, 30 to 40 years old, approximately 6’0″ with a thin build. He was wearing a dark hoodie with black basketball shorts. Anyone with information on the incident is asked to call MSO at 941-747-3011 or Crime Stoppers at 866-634-TIPS.

      I sincerely hope this information and video helps put this guy behind bars as soon as possible. This kind of thing is just unbelievable. Can’t wait for him to get what’s coming to him behind bars.

      Wow! they said in the video that he will probably attack again soon. I wonder if that created public hysteria. Doesn’t sound like a very responsible comment, even if it’s true.
      If this guy knows he is on video tape, if he has more than an IQ of a banana peel, he will lay low for a long frikking time. I have my personal doubts he will be able to stop for a while though, due to his boldness of a daylight attack. He wants that young stuff bad. Must be frustrating for LE to have a tape that doesn’t nail his identity. Kinda like every UFO clip i have seen. grainy shakey and half there.

      The video sucks except for the self serving entertainers, oops, mean news casters, oops, meant local gossip reporters, dish the information in a compelling way and find the most scared mom they can find on short notice.

      Duh, the guy has attacked 3 times with a 1/3 success rate. My low IQ guess is that he will attack again.

      The best clues the police seem to have are: Black, 30-40, Thin, Rape Kit from the second attack, Clothing at each attack, and that he was available to commit these crimes at certain times of the day (3:30-4:00 in the case of the last attack?). A short column in the paper. A sensational story for these highly paid gossips at the expense of someone else’s family members.

      LMAO! Actually, my interenet was being completely retarded last night, so I didn’t get to watch the video until today. Yeah, I see what you mean. Why the hell even bother releasing this video? You can’t even really tell what the guy is wearing, except it’s something dark. How ridiculous.

      Wow, what a smart thing for that girl to say. I don’t know that I would have thought to say that at 22 years of age. Thank goodness she got away, and hopefully they catch this sick “man” before he tries this again.
