Man In Hospital After Woman Beats Him In Face With Frying Pan During Alleged Sex AssaultLincoln, Nebraska – Police are investigating an alleged sex assault that ended when the victim sent her attacker to the hospital after beating the crap out of his face with a frying pan.

Details are vague, but what is being reported is that a 20-year-old woman held a party at her apartment. After a night of drinking the woman fell asleep on the floor, only to be woken up by a 23-year-old man touching her inappropriately.

She told him to stop repeatedly, but the man persisted and became more aggressive. She ended up kicking him away from her and then smack him in the face four times with a frying pan she retrieved from the kitchen.

Police were called and the man was taken to the hospital suffering from fractures to an orbital bone and to his nose. Officer Katie Flood says citations are pending against the man once he is released from the hospital.

      So nice to see a woman stand up for herself. If this guy did actually try to assault her, which I am assuming he did since the police have citations waiting for him, then he got no more than what he deserved. Most women in this situation freak out and are afraid to fight back. I am glad that this girl was strong enough to mess this guy up.

      The thought occurred to me that maybe getting drunk ain’t really such a good idea… but I know, I know, people like to get monumentally stupid on occasion and give sober people something to laugh at. But yeah, good for her for protecting herself! Though it wouldn’t surprise me if the fucker decided to sue her for messing up his face *rolleyes*

      Oh, I don’t know… something tells me she wasn’t all that drunk if she was able to fuck up a 23 year old male (who was presumably larger than her) with a frying pan. I don’t know what’s “monumentally stupid” about going to sleep on your own floor. I’ve done that sober as a judge. :P

      Sorry, should have been more clear. The monumentally stupid thing was getting drunk; I’m not a big fan (bad background). And I had assumed that she was pretty schnookered if she WAS passed out on the floor, and not just deciding that taking a nap on the floor of her own apartment was a good idea. My bad. *shrug*Dar

      Exactly. The key thing is to never get too drunk to defend yourself, and even in her own home, she didn’t. Good for her! She might want to re-think some of her friendships though…
