I agree with you that drugs should be kept out of the reach of children, especially drugs in cookie form, however… 100,000 dollars bail! System PLEASE! come on, this was obviously an accident, what about the pedofiles and child beaters, give them some bail like that… the system sucks!

Agreed. It’s excessive. Especially considering that some child molesters, murderers and rapists find ways to get out on less than that.

Cannabis actually *is* medicine. Just because something makes you also feel good, if a bit drifty, doesn’t mean it can’t work as legitimate medicine. In fact, if it feels good, you’ll be more apt to take it when you need it for pain control.

So, at dispensaries, you will almost always find a wide variety of edible marijuana products. These states also feature chefs that specialize in and teach classes regarding cooking with marijuana at home.

Using marijuana to treat medical issues is no more immoral than popping some Prozac for depression or a vicodin for a sprain… no matter what form the marijuana comes in. It is unfortunate that these kids got their hands on it, but it’s far less dangerous than if the kids got their hands on a prescription drug or a pint of liquor. The resulting charges and bond are excessive.
