Teen Sentenced For Raping 90-Year-Old

Detroit, MI — Maurice Randall was sentenced yesterday to 30 to 60 years in prison after a home-invasion led to him beating and raping a 90-year-old woman back in August. The 17-year-old was convicted of rape, aggravated assault and home invasion following a jury trial that ended on December 14th. The coward waived his right to be present to hear Wayne County Circuit Judge Vonda Evan’s sentence. He didn’t even have the decency to face the family. “He’s a coward. He committed a cowardly act, and that’s what cowards do,” said Gordon Mosley III, the victim’s grandson. The victim testified that she was awoken by a tall man who “took advantage” of her. She did note that she saw two other men in the hallway, who were later identified as Anthony Hardy, 18, and a 15 year old who has not been named because he is a juvenile. Hardy was sentenced on Dec. 16th to 7 to 20 years after pleading guilty to home invasion. The three “men” entered the victim’s home through a basement window late at night. After ransacking the place, Randall raped the victim and then pinned her down against the bedroom floor and wall with the weight of her bed. This is where the victim’s grandson would find her, bloody and dehydrated, the next morning. I’m sure Randall will get what he deserves during his time in prison.

      I find it thoroughly revolting that this “person” is able to refuse to face the family, and yet I read a case here where the defense attorneys are trying to get some baby-murdering dickhead off because the slain baby’s EIGHT YEAR OLD brother wasn’t forced to face him. Goddam. I hope he gets a heapin’ helpin’ of karma in jail. Bastard.

      In my mind this kind of crime is on the same level as child rape. I am against the death penalty just because our system is flawed and innocent people get convicted. But if the evidence is strong enough… DNA and so on…making sure that he doesn’t victimize someone else by removing his limbs just below the hips and leaving him to resemble the slug that he is, would be just. All three limbs. The legs and his “manhood”, as if he would ever really be a man.

      I am glad they at least did not insult the victim or her family by awarding 7-15 years or allowing the sleaze-ball to plead. All too often, rape cases are dragged out forever then the ass-crumb is allowed to accept a plea bargain or reduced sentence. It sucks, the way the system handles such a horrifyingly violent and brutal crime.

      My stepson is serving a 3-year stretch for parole violation. His parole was for kidnapping. His kidnapping charge was a plea bargain. The original crime was aggravated rape in which he kicked in the door and tied the young lady down, and when he was done he smacked her around before leaving her there, tied down and completely vulnerable as well as violated. Even with DNA and a victim willing to testify, they let the shit-weasel take a plea deal. I practically threw a party the day he popped hot on a piss test at his weekly meeting with the PO and they sent his punk-ass to the big house. Fuckin’ wanker. He should have to be a registered sex offender, and instead he’s just another petty ex-con who’ll be changin’ your oil at Jiffy Lube in a couple years.

      Sorry… *ahem*…. totally went off there, didn’t I? As I was saying, at least there’s a 30-60 year sentence here. Even if this dick-biscuit serves his minimum, his life will be totally hosed from here on out. As well it should be.

      Just take that punk out back and HANG him. Who wants the tax burden of supporting this moron for the next couple of decades. Reduce the prison population quickly by imposing REAL punishment on these vermin.
