Man Places Duct-Taped Zucchini In Pants, Confronts Shoppers, Gets Arrested

New London, CT — Registered sex offender Gary Germaine, 54, was arrested and charged with two counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count of second-degree breach of peace Thursday evening after police received a complaint of a man exposing himself at a ShopRite grocery store. Police officers caught up with the alleged exposer as he was attempting to leave the parking lot. Once they had their guy collared, a search of the vehicle revealed a “rubber sex toy that resembled male genitalia, a ‘jock’ strap/athletic supporter and a zucchini wrapped in duct tape.” According to police, surveillance video from the store shows Germaine placing those items inside his sweatpants and confronting other shoppers. Personally, after I recovered from laughing my ass off, I would have whipped out the cell phone and started clicking - that kind of shit would make for an awesome Facebook post. Apparently, though, there were a few kids around when Germaine was brandishing his produce and some people got all kinds of offended. Germaine is now behind bars on $100,000 bond. He is listed as a registered sex offender in Connecticut and Massachusetts after having been convicted on charges of open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior in ’96 and ’98, and again in 2001. Thank ya, hellsbells!

      How many chances is this guy going get ”open and gross lewdness and lascivious behavior in ’96 and ’98, and again in 2001” Do we not see a trend there…If he is let out a prison again’ he going to continue with the save deviant behaviour. He can’t be rehabilitated we need to lock him up and throw away the key. I thought America had a 3rd conviction limit after the 3rd conviction its an automatic ‘life’ imprisonment. lol

      Nope. The Third Strike rule only exists in some states and only applies to certain crimes, typically violent crimes.

      The Flasher was arrested again after being arrested in CT in Dec 2010 was arrested in Mass a couple of months ago for the same behavior, guy is sick, is a womanizer and has cheated on his girlfriend. Gary likes to flash to the young girls and boys and goes after older women. At present his in jail in Mass. He can’t seem to get it though his head that not suppose to be flashing your organs to anyone especially teens. He claims the devil made him do it. Seems most will claim the devil made me do it. Gary YOU ARE TEH DEVIL AND YOU DO IT AND HAVE YOURSELF TO BLAME. Gary is awaiting court date to go before the Judge in Mass, he is also wanted in CT for failing to appear in New London, CT Court. Gary can’t seem to keep his pants up.

      I know of this stupid jerk, his bad bad news and hope he gets locked up, he thinks his above everyone, claims to be a Christian but he may talk the talk at times but his certainly has never walked the walk, his never but lies and BS from this guy and am glad he is in jail where he belongs and hope that he says there for a very long time, his not safe to be around
