Amber Alert Issued For 12-Year-Old Houston Boy Last Seen On Christmas Eve

No updates on the body yet, but investigators are saying it could take weeks to identify it due to how badly it was burned. The investigators do believe that the body was dumped near the storm sewer pipe and the crime did not occur there. However, we are already starting to see a bunch of different stories flying around about Jonathan’s last known whereabouts.

Ksat.com is reporting that Jonathan’s mother claims he was home alone while she was working and then received a series of phone calls.

Jonathan’s mother said he was home alone while she was at work.

“Sometime between 1:45 and 2:10 p.m., the mother receives a phone call, makes a phone call, and speaks to what she believes is a female with a gruff voice and hears her son’s voice in the background,” Detective Fil Waters said. “The phone is suddenly hung up.”

“I got two phone calls at work,” mother Angela Davis said. “My job told me that my son called one time saying it was an emergency, and I never got that call. The second time I got a phone call from my boss. She said that it was a lady, and by the time I got to the phone they hung up.”

which conflict with earlier reports that he was staying with a babysitter and only left to go the few houses down to his home to retrieve some video games, but never returned.

Any word on how long between when the mother got these calls and when she returned home/reported him missing?

This morning investigators stated they were treating the burned body as that of Jonathan Foster.

This afternoon, an arrest was made due to a surveillance video from a nearby office building capturing a “very identifiable” vehicle near the ditch where the body was located. The female has not been named, but they are saying it was a close family friend.

This sweet boy, Johnathan, breaks my heart as he has the same exact smile as my 8-year-old.

I can’t decide if Jonathan caught her in the house maybe stealing something. So she takes him. A more sinister thought that crossed my mind, that she might like little boys.

I have a theory. MAN-a Nelson was in love with the babysitter who either broke up with her or spurned her advances. She went to the house looking for Sharon and finding her not at home, took her revenge on this poor sweet child.

Mom leaves stepdad. Mom moves in with mom’s friend. Stepdad is furious. Thinks something is up with mom and her roommate. Dad finds trashy maintenance worker to kill boy. Mona called and asked questions about the roommate to throw people off. If something was previously up with Mona and Ennamorato , she wouldn’t need to call the mom’s work for the roommate’s phone number. And when Mona called the mom’s work back and said it was an emergency, she would’ve already known the mom’s name. How else would she ask for her? This story makes no sense. The stepdad is involved and all of the Ennamorato bs was just what the stepdad and Mona thought they needed to throw people off.

Evil, this is quite possible.

Also possible is that children this age (mine are 6 and 8) have weird smiles for school pics. Both of mine do, so I never buy them. I get better smiles from my camera. Genuine smiles.
My son has buckteeth, like his dad, so if he is being forced to smile for a school pic, he will smile exactly this way. He is in no way abused, just self-conscious and pre-braces eligible. Maybe Johnathon was just insecure. I hope so, of the two choices

What is so damn horrifying is her lack of remorse at his death. When they showed her mug on tv she looked like she was pretty happy. Nice to know that an innocent childs death brought her so much joy. I hope the cow burns for this. I almost cried when they interviewed the parents, the poor father was beyond distraught. WTH is the world coming too?

I was hoping this boy would have been found alive and well. I couldn’t even fathom the horror this child experienced at the time of his death. Very tragic indeed.
