LOUISVILLE, Ky. – I don’t know which pisses me off more. Child abusers, or the women who allowed it. Well, maybe not allowed it, but through their lack of common sense, attributed to it. Case in point, Johnny Juliot and his girlfriend, Tara Hack. They met through a friend and although they had not known each other long, Juliot was already abusive towards her. But this did not stop her from letting Juliot watch her son, 4-year-old Tony Hack, because she says he was never violent towards the boy. When she arrived home on one of these occasions, she was greeted with Juliot carrying her son limp in his arms, blood coming from his mouth. They both took Tony the hospital and while there, Juliot left. Doctors told Hack her son’s skull fractures and bruising had come from getting the crap beat out of him, calling it the worst case of child abuse they’d ever seen. “He never showed signs of being mean at all to my child to my face, never. He was so good to my kids in front of my face and behind my back he did this,” Tara Hack said. Hack was also unaware of Juliot’s lengthy criminal history that included domestic violence charges. “When the detective told me everything, I was shocked. I didn’t know of all the past history. Like I said, I didn’t know him very long,” she said. On Monday, Juliot plead not guilty to murder, criminal abuse and tampering with physical evidence charges. I feel for the woman, having an IQ of 72 and all, but she’d be less worthy of a child endangerment charge had she just left her kid alone in a full bathtub with a plugged in radio.

Too bad this child paid for his mothers stupidity with his life. Having a 3yr old myself I could not even begin to imagine actually putting a beat down on my child. A smack on the butt and some time in the corner seems to be punishment enough. Or a make believe call to Santa lol. RIP little one if only you were born into a better world.

“…Like I said, I didn’t know him very long…” which is why she left her children alone with him, right? I don’t know who I hate more, the murderer or the accomplice (aka the “mother”).

dumb-b bitch. If i haven’t known you very long, then I won’t be leaving you alone with my pet rock.

    LOL :) So True!!

What the fuck was she thinking? The dumb ass.

I can’t count the number of times I’ve heard a woman dating an abusive man say “But he would never hurt my kids!”

Really? You’re only saying that because he hasn’t, yet.

A woman I know from one of my Yahoo groups knows the mother involved in this case. She says that Juliot has two pending domestic abuse cases for beating and attempting to strangle two separate ex girlfriends. This “mother” knew all about his violent past and ignored it even after the pleading of her family. Her facebook is full of her fighting back and forth with family over him. She deserves the same fate as this douche!

how sad that some people take better care of their dogs than they do their children…

So sad for this little fellow…and all the fun ahead of him. I want this ignorant self-centered beyotch to spend her holiday season in jail eating fish sticks. How dare she leave the most precious package she’ll ever receive in the care of this violent lump of flesh! (I can’t even bring myself to use the word human here.)

When I think of the day I have spent just kicken’ around with my 6 year old, (the younger one has gone to Grandma’s and I’m missin her something awful, but on the up side, I did get two extra loads of laundry done and I have hardly any dirty dishes at home.) I wanta put a serious beat down on her. I’m not even the violent type.

Here’s the list of things my kid did that were moderately annoying today:

Woke up with diarhhea, complained that the third pair of underpants I gave him were too uncomfortable.

Argued with me about whether or not National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation is worthy of watching first thing in the morning or whether it can wait ’til afternoon. (Generally there’s rules about t.v., but hey it IS Christmas vacation…)

Complained at the drugstore about being so hungry that I should buy a cookie, “It’s only $.99, Mom, I’ve already eaten healthy stuff today Mom, I don’t want to go home and eat anything good for me, I’m not feeling sick Mom so I don’t need that healthy stuff, I have $.99 here in my penny jar, I’lll just buy it with that.”
You can probably fill in my parts on each of those without even thinking.

Uhhhm, oh yeah, when we decided to go to the library to look at R2D2 droids online since our home computer is out of commission (and Mommy secretly wants to get her “demon fix”) he said, “No, I don’t want to close the car door, let’s walk to the library, then I wont need to.” I know this makes no sense, it was just his way of making me wait to get in the car since it had taken me so long to exit the house.

Not one time did I even feel like yelling at him. At no point would I need to beat him so hard that his skull would crack…would could that poor kid have done that would set a maniac off? Asked for a morsel of food? Changed the channel? Complained about something?
Stolen thousands of dollars from his savings? Did he call the guy’s mom a filthy slut or something?

I just don’t get what makes a grown person (man or woman)feel the need to batter people who are so small that if they were dogs they would barely qualify as medium.

All I want for Christmas is for pedos and child abusers and chronic neglecters to be sent to an ugly, cold, deserted hole where they are given all the drugs and alcohol they want and they can prey on each other until they’ve managed to tear each other to pieces and we don’t have to put anyone on trial or protect anylosers rights and then we can be done allowing them to waste precious resources.

@scrappy: You did a great job summing up your day which ended well (ie you writing on DD and not the other way around). The alleged murderer had to make only one choice and that was not to hit the kid.

I babysit my nieces and nephews and I am grateful my siblings know that I am not a pedophile and I am not a physically angry adult bully. It is guys like this that cast shadows on good guys suspect.

There are two groups in society that need to be especially protected: children and senior citizens.

She says she had no idea of his past yet at the same time she says she didn’t know him very long. Well, hello, wouldn’t you want to get to know someone before you allow them to watch your precious child?

The sad fact is, despite barely knowing Johnny, Tara Hack knew every bit about this man’s criminal history and his violent tendencies. So did her family. All of that was evident when her facebook page was public. Comments talking about the police looking for him, statements his temper, him getting physical, her sister warning her and voicing concerns about her children, her own mother posting a comment in November on a child abuse video saying “I hope Tara learns before it’s too late.” No one protected this little boy, no one.

Minimally she deserves a wreckless endanderment — she is very much culpible in this. Shame on her. She claims she was running errands, I doubt it. I’d say the morelikely scenario is that she was on a drug run. Further, if this sort of thing happened to my children I’d be sitting in prison for murder and that SOB would NEVER see a court date. SHe makes note of her “kids”, so she has more than one? Where were they? Probably not in her custody. She deserves as much punishment, if not more as Juliot. As a parent our number 1 responsibility is to protect our children. They are a blessing from the Lord — This makes me sick. tara Hack’s parents ought to be ashamed of themselves for not molding her to make good decisions. Period. You are what you come from. The fact that this pathetic excuse for a mother passes the buck further states that she deserves to be in this legally as well. This makes my blood boil. Children are inncocent and more often than not the victim. Sickening.
