ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – A 13-year-old student at Wilson Middle School has been arrested after pulling a prank on a fellow student. Rebecca Yanez says on Friday morning her 14-year-old daughter was with other students waiting outside the school for class to start when the boy walked up behind her and pulled down her shorts. “Her underwear also came off in the process and everything was exposed,” said Yanez. Since the girl’s monkey was exposed to a large group of students, the boy was suspended and arrested on charges of misdemeanor battery and interfering with the educational process.Veronica Garcia’s daughter goes to the school and feels the charges are a bit harsh. “I think that’s going a little overboard. It is a prank, and there are a lot worse things that happen to kids over here,” Garcia said. But Albuquerque police Sgt. Trish Hoffman disagrees. “The decision to make an arrest is that we take every incident extremely serious. We’re not going to make the decision if he was joking. What he did was inappropriate even if he was just joking.” Yanez says she will not pull her humiliated daughter out of the school as long as the boy is not there. “This boy that did that should definitely have to pay the price for what he did and he’s going to pay the price,” she said.

I don’t think the charges are harsh at all. He should have pulled her pants down in the first damn place. You never know who is staring at those kiddies while they’re standing at the bus stop…

Jeebus… I agree with Veronica, that IS a little harsh. He should be punished, yes, but not put behind bars for it!

“Veronica Garcia’s daughter goes to the school and feels the charges are a bit harsh.”…

Harsh, my ass. If that were my 14 year old daughter’s vajayjay he exposed to a group of kids, he’d be safer in juvie anyway. 13 and pants-ing a girl? That twerp should have known better…

I get confused by the justice system.

We protect our kids because we think them unable to fully comprehend the consequences of certain sexual situations/actions. Basically, they’re the victim. Yet this kid gets the book thrown at him because of a prank when both involved are at this critical and protected stage in their lives??

    Yeah, ok, makes sense.

You’re right! All 13 year old boys who forcibly expose the sexual organs of a girl in front of classmates should only get a frowny face and and a stern “Tsk, tsk!”…

This down has constant problems in the school system. I definately won’t be sending my daughter to the public schools. That’s why so many charters have popped up…parents are sick of all the shit that happens. That kid deserves what he gets and he’s more than old enough to understand what he did is wrong. If I was that girl I would have layed him out for that shit!

  • Anonymous

I seriously doubt the boy intended to get her underwear as well.. Teenage boys (and especially 13-14 year olds) are notorious for impulsive behavior.. The incident could easily justify a suspension from school, but jail? .. He should have been forced to write the girl a letter of apology, been suspended from school, and forced to do community service.. I think that would have encouraged him to think before acting.. He’s a stupid kid, not a criminal..

  • Jury

LoL this happend to a kid in my school way, way back. It was a boy and the girl that did it just laughed, so did everyone else (LoL), I felt sorry for him, but nothing was done, maybe its just the times.

If it had happened in a movie, you all would have laughed. You can say the punishment fit or didn’t fit the “crime” but you don’t have the context or intent and to me, that makes all the difference in the world. Malicious or not malicious? Repeat offender or first time? Friendly with this girl or habitual harasser?

Not the saltiest chip in the bag, I admit, but what teenage boy is? I remember in 6th grade a girl put a tack on my chair because she had a “crush” on me and I kneeled on it. I had a tough time liking her back. What’s everyone gonna see anyway? maybe a little hair, it’s not like she’s got some danglers that are gonna get ridiculed. If a 14 y.o. girl did this to a 13 y.o. boy you would all be laughing your asses off LOL.

he’s lucky he didn’t get charged with anything sexual. could you imagine having to register as a sex offender at the fresh age of 13? it’s funny how people can observe things differently when it’s not their child. i don’t find his punishment too harsh…maybe it will scare a little common sense into him.

  • http://www.myspace.com/553147094 Domino

i think the punishment is fucking ridiculous.

when i was in middle school the whole thuggy pants hanging around your buttcheeks thing was quite the statement – and for my amusement i used to pants those guys and give them a reason to waddle….. there were a few time peach fuzzed buttcheeks were exposed and the biggest thing that happen to me was an in school suspension and a talking to, to my parents. i think that was reasonable for my behavior.

  • Anonymous

He pulled her pants and panties down in front of other kids. You don’t think that’s going fuck her up for a long time? Maybe even until she graduates and moves away? Think again….kids are harsh and I bet she begged her parents to change schools after that. This situation is far different than what you did in middle school. Why is the punishment ridiculous again?

  • Anonymous

If the tables were turned there would have been no charges.

  • Anonymous

It was impulsive and idiotic and I doubt he thought about the consequences for a minute, but that’s life isn’t it? You have to learn there are consequences to your behaviour. Sometimes the lesson is harsh, but the girl should not have to have had such a harsh lesson about the consequences of standing there minding her own business and wearing pants, either.

CW’s older brother pulled my skirt up over my head in 7th grade. We were dirt poor and as usual, I had on my momma’s baggy-assed, torn panties, ’cause NO ONE bought me panties… (she was about 10 sizes bigger than me). I probably would have forgotten the incident had I not been wearing those drawers. LOL

  • http://www.facebook.com/people/Christian-Watkins/529874474 Christian Watkins

I doubt he is the first one to do that, because in my middle school once one person did it, everyone did it, and it was way embarassing (especially if your crush was standing in the doorway :/ ) I’ve always thought it was dumb, but the teachers always seemed to be looking the other way. I think thats why they banned sweatpants….

  • Boughtthefarm

You can’t treat kids today the way we did in the 60s, 70s, 80s. Like doing stupid shit doesn’t matter, because it does. I don’t feel bad for this kid at all. Its only a misdemeanor and he’ll prob get it expunged in a few years. Screw the little turd. Boys need to KEEP THEIR FUCKING HANDS OFF GIRLS.

  • TARHEELS BABY!

lol why the hell did the news reported say the boy “forced (the girl) to expose herself”?

I mean… that’s not what happened, even by their own account. He pulled down her shorts and underwear, exposing her genitalia. He did not force her to expose herself.

  • http://www.myspace.com/553147094 Domino

what type of kids are we raising now a days?????they’re offing themselves because of bullies. DAMAGED because they got pantsed???i’ve had some embarassing shit happen to me as a kid and as an adult, i laughed and walked it off or ended in a fist fight… but to be damaged because your peers saw a nanosecond of your genitals….. excuse me while i lol. lol. lol. lol.it’s far different because they were boys. that’s all. lets all just fucking admit it. right now it’s because it was some “helpless” girl.he should be punished and by punished i feel a suspension, a parent meeting etc – being that it seems to be his first offense if it weren’t i’m SUUURE they would have mentioned how he has been harassing her before – not thrown in jail.

When I was in junior high some kid walked up to a girl in PE and pantsed her. She was crying her eyes out. She was a bit on the chubby side and everyone started calling her ‘cottage cheese ass’…kids this age are old enough to know what they’re doing. What if he had gotten his super small junk exposed? That kinda shit will scar a kid for life.

  • Anonymous

Maybe you’re not so bad, seem to be a good sport.

  • Anonymous

However, what if this young lady was a large, overweight girl? Don’t you think by doing this it would truly be damaging to her? Do you think she could have just laughed it off? Don’t you think she would be reminded about it everyday for the rest of her school years with these kids?

  • http://www.myspace.com/553147094 Domino

damage her no. upset/embarass/anger her yes.

humiliation is part of life, you get over it. people talk about kids now a days like they’re a carton of eggs – CAREFUL! THEY’LL BREAK! and maybe they should, ask yourself where and why this frail type has come into existence. i’ve had my fair share of problems and break downs but i can promise you one thing, the only bitch kicking my ass into a fetal position is life, sometimes she wins, sometimes she loses. i’ll be fucking damned if a single person or group of people ruined/ruin my life.

What if someone took a cell phone picture of her exposed genitals and is now passing it all around school (and the world). Does that change your opinion any?

  • beatlechick

Heh yeah missed the typo thanks.

  • Southern Lady

I’d have to agree. The world is different now from when I was young. Let’s face it, the internet has changed our world. Even though I was considered attractive when I was young, I was shy about my body. My ego would have been devastated if this had happened to me. I can’t imagine how I would feel (at that time) if it had been passed around by cellphone.

  • Southern Lady

Then you were a strong person. But some of us, for various reasons, were not.

  • http://www.myspace.com/553147094 Domino

it’s not just me. most of the people my age are on here saying the same thing, they’re saying yeah school was rough but we didn’t contemplate suicide over the kids we dealt with on a daily basis. i don’t think it’s strength at all, it’s something that seems so natural.

one of the guys i pantsed happen to have a bit of acne or some marks on his buttcheeks – he was LIVID, he absolutely wanted to kill me because people were making fun of his behind. that’s healthy behavior… he didn’t quit school, he didn’t kill himself, he didn’t do anything other than tell me i was in for quite the ass beating. after awhile everyone forgot about it and moved on to the next thing.

i remember in middle school they did a tornado drill and i was wearing a one piece jumper. we got on our hands and knees and put our heads against the wall… i didn’t hear or feel the back of the outfit rip – i remember kids giggling as they walked over head of us into their position… NO ONE TOLD ME… i was in that position for atleast 10 minutes while kids filed in through the hallway, ample time for everyone to get a peak at my ass. so we get up and i feel this huge breeze and people start commenting on my the color and style of panties i was wearing.

at first i was absolutely embarrassed, and then i realized, shit i get to go home because of this!!

i’m not any stronger than any of the kids i went to school with. school was just as hard as it is now.

  • http://twitter.com/HC_Pacers Josiah

I’m pretty torn on this one. On one hand I feel the punishment is too severe, but on the other hand I know that if this were my daughter I would more than likely murder the son of a bitch. So……I’m just gonna stay out of this one I guess.

  • Southern Lady

Times were different when I was in school in the sixties and seventies. I was in the first group of white kids bussed to a black school in southern Alabama, quite the minority in the time of the civil rights demonstrations. As a matter of fact, we had quite a few riots on our campuses, especially when Martin Luther King Jr. was assassinated. I was actually bullied quite ruthlessly because I had blond hair at the time, and the black girls hated the way their boyfriends liked to pet it. So they cornered me in the bathroom and hacked it off with knives. That’s the kind of bullying we had. If we didn’t give the bullies our lunch money, they would kick our asses, kind of situations. It didn’t make us suicidal, just taught us to watch our steps in certain environments. Funny thing is, it did not make me a racist, something that confused my friends and family badly.

  • GrimReaper

In my high school we had a different thing everyday of the week that we did and when I say we I mean everyone in the high school. There was hump day where people just randomly humped other people and there was a shank day, and there was some other ones but those to stuck out in my head. Problem with everyone now days is they are to fucking sensitive, so what if she got her pants jerk down pull them up laugh about it and move on. Or maybe the question is what did little miss princess do to him that cause him to jerk her pants down? Like you said Domino boys used to have there assess hanging out anyways so what did it matter if we yanked there pants down lol, personally I had a fucking blast in high school doing crazy shit like that.

  • Parrot Toes (kathybird)

It’s not harsh at all. I think he deserves worse. In fact, I’d like to see the little fuck humiliated in a similar fashion in front of everyone he knows.

  • Parrot Toes (kathybird)

I disagree. When I was approximately the same age, I was humiliated in a very similar matter. I was wearing a tube top, hanging out with some friends, when a guy came up behind me and whipped my top down. Whether I was wearing a bra or not was irrelevant (I wasn’t since it was a tube top and bras weren’t as sophisticated back then). I am still effected by that incident 25 years later. I was further humiliated by the taunts from the same boy and others who thought a new nick-name of “stretchmarks” was in order. Yeah, it may have been a prank…..to him and others, but to me, the pain of that day has still not healed. Furthermore, I couldn’t go to the police because shit like that just wasn’t dealt with then and of course, being picked on already, that would have just been more ammo for the rest of them.

Unless someone has been in this or a similar situation, I think it would be hard to understand just how hurtful a prank like this can be to the person who has been humiliated.

  • Parrot Toes (kathybird)

I can honestly say that I wouldn’t have laughed at all because I have been in this situation. Honestly, I think it is one of those things that if you haven’t been on the receiving end of a prank like this, you just can’t grasp the pain involved for the victim.

  • Parrot Toes (kathybird)

It isn’t about the point of how developed the victim is. It’s about the humiliation of it. Read up a few posts, I know that pain.

  • Parrot Toes (kathybird)

I have been liking you more and more lately. I am taking some of it back.

  • http://www.myspace.com/553147094 Domino

  • Anonymous

This happened to me, too. A guy who was about 2 years older than me did it and the shop teacher saw it happen and yelled “Nice legs.” The friends I was with went and told the principal and nothing happened.

  • Tatem

Not sure anyone will read this as I’m late to the commenting party (missed a few days reading the site so I’m catching up!) but I want to just say what this boy did was so wrong on so many levels.

First of all, he had no right, NO RIGHT to do that. The little prick should’ve kept his hands to himself and I hope they make an example out of him. So yea, IMO the punishment isn’t to harsh.

This girl was at school, a place where parents are assured they can send their kids and their kids will be taken care of. She was humiliated and it’ll probably take her a while to get over it. All of you people saying the punishment is to harsh…what if it was your daughter this happened to? I guarantee you’d want to go smack the shit out of that little asshole and you’d be ecstatic that the police are pressing charges. You’d also probably want to go kick the crap out if his parents for raising such disrespectful little shit sack.

Times have changed people. Technology has changed a lot in the past few decades…someone could’ve recorded or taken pictures of the incident and posted it on YouTube, opening up a whole new, felony involved can of worms.

But, “boys will be boys”, right? *rolls eyes*

  • litttlemoonseductress

@Tatem: I just wonder is it the same for girls? Because here the saying would be “girls will be girls”. For some reason this is a big thing with girls here. I read this to my fifteen year old son and that was his reaction… there would be a lot of girls in his school getting into a lot of trouble. I am just wondering if it is different if a young man’s hang down is exposed compared to a young lady being embarrased. Especially when it is the young ladies doing the exposing. Oh and that is WHY I read this to him… because I knew about the pantsing of boys by girls… and I wanted his reaction. He finds it very hard to believe that a girl would EVER be charged for doing this… I think he is VERY right!

  • Anonymous

I could not go to police because shit like that just was not discussed then, and of course be taken on already, it would simply have been more ammunition for the rest of them.

It has more to do with just getting pants. It’s called sexual bullying. Girls face it everyday at school. Exposing a girl’s undergarments is meant to objectify and humiliate her at the same time. You obviously have not a clue on what females go through so I don’t see why you need to pretend you know anything.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_XKMAEMPVJ5T2Y35HKYTNG7I6SY Cedric

I remember this from the TV News, and I remember thinking that little Bully (who is probably a rapist in training) got exactly what he was asking for.Maybe if his parents had done a better job raising the little asshole he would not have pulled this, and got himself hauled off to the kiddie slammer.

since when did everyone become such a pansy? women want equality etc yet to be protected from Hazing, be angry you cannot have both, teenage-ers will always do stupid stuff, the act was rude, yet girls did this to each other at my HS back in the 80’s,also clothes ripping hair pulling fights over boys were common as well. those i enjoyed watching :)

  • http://twitter.com/theywantawar barf lol

Love how this kid gets arrested, but a bunch of girls who did it to an 11-year old boy a couple days ago got away with a freaking MISDEMEANOR.

    Double standard at its finest.

  • Donut Fun

Wow, you’re all fucking retarded. Women want “equality” and all that bullshit, yet only when it’s in their favor. I’m sure many people know about the THREE girls who FORCED a little kid to thr ground, stripped him, then put it on youtube? Yeah, they are not getting charged at all and yet this kid simply pant’s a chick and gets arrested. I’m so sick of these double fucking standards. What if the title was “Girl, 13, arrested after pulling boy’s pants down”? Oh wait, there wouldn’t be a story at all, because she would have just gotten away with it.

  • Anonymous

What’s funny is that a 11 year old boy not too long ago was attacked by 3 girls older than himself hold him on the ground and rip his clothes off, and not a one of them was even punished for it. Yet this boy by himself, pulls a girl’s pants down and he is arrested? Where is equality for the sexes?

  • Athena

Here’s the problem with the “equality” argument, fellas (I’m assuming you’re all men)…

I highly doubt that, in either case, the arresting officers and the prosecuting attorneys responsible for punishment or a lack thereof were women.  That’s right – I’m sure it never crossed your mind, but since most cops, prosecutors and judges are men, it is largely men perpetuating any disparity that exists between the genders in regard to criminal justice.

While I didn’t hear about the case of the 3 girls stripping a boy naked, that sounds MUCH more severe than what happened here, so their punishment should be MUCH more severe as well.  I don’t think many women would disagree.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_XDFWW2EQQGELQZVMHUGAKEBRII MikeP.

So this boy gets jail time but the two girls that “played a prank” on a boy by stripping him and everything don’t get any charges? Stupid double standard if you ask me.

  • samuel_sschwartz8

That is a bunch of bullshit. Let’s turn back time a little, shall we? Remember the incident where three middle school  girls assaulted an 11 year old boy, filmed, and put it up on Youtube? If not, here’s a link to the incident:
    http://www.winknews.com/Local-Florida/2011-06-01/Online-video-shows-Fort-Myers-boy-being-bullied

They were able to get away with it, even though the incident counted as sexual assault. The police did nothing about it at all. What they did to this boy was worse than what the boy in the article above did to the girl. But because they are females, they can get away with it.

You gotta love double standards. /sarcasm.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_PGHHCISVX7IFZEIW2P4FQKZWW4 Ryan

    nvm

  • pablo pablo

Do any of you people remember those girls who stripped an 11 yr old  naked? They weren’t arrested, and they obviously knew what they were doing since they brought a video camera and uploaded it to youtube. He cried for help but they didn’t care. For a guy to get arrested for an accidental exposure, is idiotic, while those two girls got off with purposely getting the boy naked.
The double-standards in this country need to be destroyed.

  • http://pulse.yahoo.com/_PGHHCISVX7IFZEIW2P4FQKZWW4 Ryan

Wow, 2 teenage girls strip down an 11 year old boy, take a video of him, and humiliate him on a global scale by posting the video on Youtube, when this boy pants’ a girl, he gets the whole book thrown at him.

Also, what the hell is wrong with you people advocating this? If the genders were switched and it was a guy getting pants and having his junk exposed to his classmates they wouldn’t have called the damn cops.

But because it was a girl, its as important as catching a serial killer.

Way to go American Justice System.

And I’m seeing ‘good parents’ talking about beating the shit out of a 13 year old that pulled a prank that went bad by mistake? Having him declared a sex offender? Yeah, you’re all real tough guys. Radiant beacons of hope for humanity.

Society’s double-standards are hilarious. Pull your heads out of your asses.

  • wyrosjr

I don’t see a problem with different standards for males and females. We are after all, different. We are socialized differently, think differently, have different bodies, etc.. etc.. Nature did not plan for us all to be androgynous, neither should our body of laws. I support the feminine and masculine aspect that is an extrapolation of the natural roles man developed during his evolution. I consider it a greater crime for a girl to be “pantsed” than a guy. How can so many miss this?

  • wyrosjr

No way Josiah, you are in the same boat I am. You gotta pick.

I’m a girl. I would be embarrassed by what happened but I dont want the boy going to jail for something like that. While those girls in the link should be punished with a misdemeanor since they intentionally stripped the boy while he was screaming for help.

All you people should keep in mind this was a prank. He got arrested. The story above was done while the boy was screaming and crying. Those girls weren’t arrested.

I think it’s completely relevant to this story, it’s showing what it would look like if it was the other way around. And as you can see if you watched the video, that those girls were not punished like this boy was. This is what it says in the link about those two girls ssimon98 posted,

The officer “said he didn’t know if there was a crime committed but said it looked like a prank.”

The police report taken Tuesday described the incident twice as a “prank” and says “police incident closed.”

But after the media got involved in this story the police took action, how is that any fair? The punishment for the boy was WAY OVER THE LINE. To arrest him and lock him up is not right if it was just a prank. But to watch the video about that boy being pinned to the ground and getting stripped while being captured on camera then say “I didn’t know if there was a crime committed” and call it a “prank” is just BULLSHIT.

THIS IS THE MOST STUPIDEST THING I”VE EVER HEARD. YES HE SHOULD BE GIVEN SOME SORT OF PUNISHMENT. BUT NOT BEING PUT BEHIND BARS.

NOT EVEN A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO. TWO GIRLS HELD DOWN A BOY BY HIS NECK AND LITERALLY PULLED HIS SHORTS OFF, AND THEN HAD THE AUDACITY TO UPLOAD THE VIDEO TO YOUTUBE…. AND THEN BOTH GIRLS GOT AWAY WITH IT!?!?!?

THIS BOY DID PRETTY MUCH THE EXACT SAME THING, BUT IS GETTING CHARGED!?!?!?!? ARE YOU EFFING KIDDING ME?? WTF IS WITH THE AMERICAN DOUBLE STANDARDS. THIS IS ABSOLUTE BULLCRAP. IM GOING TO START A PROTEST ABOUT THIS. BECAUSE THIS ISNT THE FIRST TIME.

  • MISSanthropic

I feel the boy should be locked up until he is old as he is an obvious threat to society and the classy girls from the new story should be regarded as local heroes for years to come. They are future leaders.

Put yourself in that girls place!  I’m willing to bet you wouldn’t think the punishment was too harsh then.  The humiliation that girl was put through for none of her own doing and at school no less – really????  I think it’s completely appropriate, just maybe the little brainiack will think twice before he does something so stupid and thoughtless……

The so called mother of that boy needs to be slapped up side the head.  I have a daughter and I cannot even begin to imagine what I would do to her if she were to have any part of that kind of behavior.  I’ve always taught her to stand up to bullies and for those who can’t stand up for themselves.  Boy/girl – which ever – this is behavior that should be prosecuted….

I have a daughter and I think it’s harsh. Now if they were both 20 and he did this then it would be weird. I pantsed a boy in middle school, as far as kids know it’s an age old tradition. Aren’t schools supposed to teach you when something goes from acceptable and in tons of classic movies to illegal ?I don’t approve of mixing cops and schools, it hurts the learning process and the futures of kids.

  • wyrosjr

I was pantsed myself and it wasn’t such a big deal. I was in the weight room with no shirt flexing and showing off, I got up in a chair. Someone snuck from behnd and got me. However, I think this is a much worse offense if perpetrated against a female. That is not how we treat females. Pantsing females is not old school tradition.

Cops and schools are pretty much inevitable at this point. Students don’t know how to behave properly or lawfully and so the cops stepping in is going to happen. Mostly in the middle and lower level schools you will see some level of law enforcement intervention. If parents would parent, we could keep cops out.

I can see it as a prank that went wrong. Her belt must have been loose or was it very low mini skirt hung on her hips. I feel sorry for both of them. They could have laughed but their parents wouldn’t.

I doubt if you do with a name of Leon

Kids do stupid shit, and they don’t really get better with age.  If at age 13 he’s proving his bravery by exposing a 14 year old girl in public, I’m guessing that by age 26 he’ll be attempting to defy society by staking out joggers in a secluded area of a park.

  • Timothy Mattson

Blah blah blah, you sound like you has such a priveleged life at your school.  Not everyone deals with having their private parts flashed to everyone else with a sense of humor.  Chances are she was emotionally scarred by the incident, of which you’re so sure you’d just laugh and pull your undies back up (which would probably earn you the title of slut).

  • Timothy Mattson

If the tables were turned?  This might rock your universe, but women of all ages don’t usually get curious in that way.  When I was fourteen, seeing a naked woman was a lot higher on my list of priorities than seeing a naked guy was on the minds of the gals I knew.  The emphasis seems to be that the thirteen year old was only trying to play a funny prank, yet he grabbed what must have been two handfulls of shorts in that he also snagged the undies, and yanked it all down getting a full view of what she had.

I seriously doubt his intention was humor, he wanted to get a look at the goods and I’ll bet he looks back on that as being the one good thing he got out of the ordeal.

as someone who was pantsed several times in school and even stripped naked by 3 sixth graders in kindergarten I can honestly say it just makes it even more humiliating for more people to find out I have always been glad that it didn’t make the news because of the way it was handled, it wasn’t treated as a major thing that needed to make the news because no charges were pressed, and thats the way it should have been

  • Dillon_Lewandowski

What a whiny bitch, it was a prank gone wrong.

  • Whit Warden

I’m glad the little punk got arrested, but HERE is why it’s NOT a greater crime for a girl to be
pantsed: A girl’s sex organs are INTERNAL, so if she gets pantsed all anyone sees is her
pubic hair. A boy’s organs are EXTERNAL, so when the boy in Florida was forcibly stripped
naked, that most private part of himself was exposed (to over 400,000 people on YouTube).

good,. this little darkie needs to learn NOW that he doesn’t do that.

  • SJ

    Makes you sound so much better….. He’s 13. What’s your excuse ?

  • Parrot Toes

My excuse is that I know exactly how the girl feels. When I was that age, some bitch thought it would be hilarious to pull down my tube top in front of everyone who was there. Unless you have experienced a similar experience, you can’t even begin to imagine how humiliating it is. It was traumatic for me.

  • Becky Romero

It’s embarrassing for the girl to have to face so many people who’ve now seen her half naked. I know the feeling. But the mom is right. The boy should be the one forced to transfer to another school.

  • Becky Romero

Revenge is a dish best served to those who are nude.

  • Becky Romero

F*** the letter of apology. I’d tell him to shove it up you know where. Jail time? No. Suspended, yes. And he should be transferred out of her school.

  • Guest

Friends don’t do that to friends in front of non-friends.

  • Becky Romero

Her mom is right. The boy should be forced to change schools. Not her. That will help ease her embarrassment, knowing her harasser got kicked out of HER school.
