Cincinnati, OH — A woman is facing felony charges after being arrested for allegedly giving pot to her three young kids, ages 7, 4, and 1. Valerie Cecil, 25, was charged with three counts of corruption with drugs after the 7-year-old told her counselor at school that she had been forced to smoke pot. Tests were performed on all three children and all were found to have marijuana in their system. While the test cannot determine if the pot got into their system through ingestion or contact, court documents filed by Officer Dana Jones say Cecil “did recklessly administer a controlled substance” on Sept. 1 to the three children. One of Cecil’s neighbors told reporters that she has also tried to give alcohol to underage kids in the apartment complex. This story completes the trifecta of brain dead, pot smoking mothers — the other two being the mom in the“bong baby” story and Jessica Gamble, the chick who recorded her 2-year-old smoking pot. Cecil was arrested and the released the same day on her own recognizance without posting any money. She promised to appear at her next court date and cannot be around minors without Job and Family Services supervision.

I guess she didn’t want to party alone. >_< I don’t think that I could ever willingly give a child illegal drugs or alcohol.

She must have smoked all her brain cells away. I never met a parent who wanted to share their weed with a baby. If I did I would have to slap a bitch.

When my younger cousin was eight she would steal pot from her mom and we would go smoke it with the neighborhood kids. My aunt was to stoned to ever notice and it made my cousin and I the most popular kids around.. Luckily for us nobody ever tested us. We would also steal liquor from my mom drink it down and smash the bottles behind the garage. We were such bad kids I am surprised we never got our parents in trouble like this. Then again they had a few brain cells left and never offered us any drugs or alcohol!

Oh Paleeeaaasseeee, How do you control it? Give it more or less sunlight or more or less miracle grow. In California this would be no big deal.

    Stupid b*tch needs a c*nt punt!

  • aka jas

I am soo glad she got caught. Fuck her.

EXACTLY! Not only is this a shitty parent, but who the hell would waste weed on a kid? ; – P

Some of these parents can’t be from planet earth…………. can’t they?

At least she’s not one of them ugly, plump girls with a big mole on her lip…that would make things even worse!

Her parents probably taught her the importance of sharing. Too bad she took it to heart and didn’t turn out like me. I resent sharing anything as an adult since I was forced into it as a child.

This will likely be the only time I can honestly state someone should be more like me, because it’s not in the general public’s best interest to have more than one of me running loose.

I was thinking the same thing! She should be charged with weed abuse also.

She’s not only a wastoid, she also wastes weed. Dang. Meanwhile I don’t have so much as a stem or seed. Woe is me! ; – P

If you lived in Atlanta I’d share my stash with you.

Beautiful cat and awesome pose. I just needed to say that.

Jesus! Is that something else my parents were holding back on us? I used to get pissed when we’d have steaks. My parents would get t-bones or rib eyes and we’d get those pansy ass minute steaks. If I knew it also involved weed, I wouldn’t have been so pissed about the steaks. It would have been the weed.

I used to live in ATL! Thanks, though, I appreciate the generous thought.

What ever happened to kids stealing pot from their parents? Like the good ol’ days.

    No more procreating for her.

Umm, even us potheads in Cali think there is something SERIOUSLY wrong with a parent who gives it to their kids. I can understand the occasional cookie mix-up, but intentionally getting your kids high is NEVER acceptable.

If it is medical marijuana and you can get a script for it for reflux
why should a pediatrician’s note pad be any different than that of a
    regular doctor?

I understand the need for the children to DAMNED SIT STILL & QUIT TOUCHING STUFF, but for God’s sake, a little bit of Benadryl once a month is not frowned upon comparing to WEED you dumb tw*t!

Do into others and what not. That’s my bangle cat Jack, he was working up the nerve to jump off the fridge when I saw the opportunity to get a good Halloween picture!

I think you’ll find that despite a prescription being simple for an adult to obtain, there are not many pediatricians that would prescribe it. And certainly not for acid reflex! Maybe if a kid had terminal cancer or something… Under certain situations, I would give my kids morphine, but that doesn’t mean I would give it to them just for the hell of it!

But we’re not talking about its efficacy as a pharmaceutical, we’re talking about getting your kids HIGH. Huge difference. And still not okay, not in Cali, and not to the stoners…
