In the state of Pennsylvania, she will most likely be charged with accessory after the fact. She will probably be able to plead out, though in exchange for her testimony.

If someone can be charged as guilty by association for being in the same vehicle as someone carrying drugs, even if they didn’t know, then this woman sure as shit is guilty! If I were Laura Thompson’s family or friend, I would loathe her just a sliver less then her murdering soon-to-be ex.
