Stripper Who Killed Client By Dragging Him Under Her SUV Has Been Indicted For Murder
September 22, 2010 at 8:14 am by MorbidMONROE, OH — Remember that stripper we reported on last month, the one who killed her client after dragging him underneath her vehicle? Well she has been indicted on murder charges. For those of you who do not feel like clicking, Kristina Hensley, 35, arrived at the residence of Jae Cho, 31, after he called Naughty Bodies requesting a private show. She alleged that Cho got a bit too hands-on so she ran outside to her SUV where Cho followed and threatened to slash her tires. When he jumped in front of the vehicle, Hensley ran over him and dragged his ass all the way to a gas station where he would die from his injuries. Yesterday a grand jury returned indictments against Hensley, charging her with two counts of murder, aggravated robbery, failure to stop after an accident and theft. Those robbery and theft charges allude to a much different scenario than the one Hensley described. Hey, prosecutor Robin Piper, lay down some knowledge and inform people how you can charge someone with two counts of murder when there is only one victim. “Each [count of murder] is premised on a different felony — one alleges the homicide occurred in the commission of aggravated robbery, the other alleges the homicide was a result of a felonious assault with the use of her vehicle.” Thanks, man! Hensley faces 15 years to life in prison if convicted.
