Rock Band Gets Into Gunfight With Robbers In Club Parking Lot
September 21, 2010 at 8:32 am by MorbidROCK HILL, SC — Some thieves got a bit more than they bargained for when they decided to rob an RV parked outside of The Money nightclub in Rock Hill, SC. Parmalee, a rock band based in Greenville, NC, had just finished up their set and were leaving the club sometime around 1:30 a.m. when they witnessed the robbers stealing items from their RV. Both sides produced guns and a mini firefight ensued in the parking lot. After the exchange of bullets, Parmalee stood victorious with only one band member injured. The thieves also had one injured, but one had been shot dead. Both the injured band member and thief were taken to a nearby hospital for treatment. The band had played at this club six months earlier, a club located across from the Winthrop University campus, but told reporters they will never be returning. You can check out some of the bands music by using Google and typing their name in the search box. I saw their pics and watched this video, realized they were just another Puddle of Mudd, Nickleback, Daughtry, Shinedown, Hinder, Fuel before retching loud enough for my co-workers to ask if I was ok. I turned up my Puscifer and told them yes, yes I was fine. But hey man, nice shot.
