Xavier Osborne, 18, Accused Of Raping 7-Year-Old Relative

Kenner, LA – Xavier Warren Osborne, 18, was arrested on Sunday after he was found in bed kissing and hugging a half-naked 7-year-old relative. Police were notified after an unidentified relative walked into the bedroom and caught Osborne in the act. Once the teen and the child were separated, the girl told her relative that it had happened several times since June. She said Osborne told her not to say anything because their “touching was a secret.” Gotta hand it to that relative for keeping a cool head…can’t say I would have done the same. The child was taken to the hospital for observation and Osborne was caged. During questioning, he admitted to having raped the child on at least five different occasions in addition to other sexual contact. As of right now, he’s facing six counts of aggravated rape and three counts of sexual battery. Further charges are possible after police are able to conduct an in-depth interview with the victim. He is being held without bond.
