Registered Sex Offender Accused Of Raping Child In WalMart Bathroom

Fayetteville, AR - Police say registered sex offender Brandon Hutson is back behind bars after allegedly raping a 3-year-old child in a WalMart bathroom last week. According to the police report, the child and her brother were playing alone in the toy department when Hutson “helped” the little girl find the bathroom. Once inside the bathroom, Hutson reportedly masturbated while the child was in a neighboring stall before molesting her twice in a span of ten minutes. After the assault, the child told her mother a man carried her into the bathroom and raped her. Though he left the area before police arrived, authorities were able to identify him through store surveillance videos. Hutson was arrested at another WalMart store on Friday after police responded to a report of a suspicious person trying to help a little girl find her mother. Though he initially denied raping the child, claiming he had accidentally bumped into her, he later ‘fessed, cried and said he didn’t mean for it to happen. Hutson, who was convicted on charges of child molestation back on ’07, now faces charges of kidnapping and rape. Bond has been set at $250,000.

Is that the beginnings of a black eye on this monster? I hope so. And I hope his entire body finds itself covered with more of the same, very soon. That's just horrible. Where was mom while the kids were playing in the toy area? I'm sure she didn't expect this awful thing to happen, but, really, it could have ended up even worse. Way to stupidly feel secure and safe in Wal-mart.

I just don't understand letting a three yr old roam free by herself in the first place. I'm sure the mom feels awful. But geesh. I would never let my 6 yr old wander off by herself. When we are in public places. She holds my hand. And I don't even have to tell her to give me her hand. She grabs for mine. Maybe I've drilled it into her enough how bad some ppl are. Or maybe I'm over protective. But I'd rather be over frikkin protective..then have something happen to my little darling!

Why was this man in Walmart 3 years after a conviction of child molestation? This man should have been in prison. Kind of shocked that a parent would let their 3 year old out of their sight at the store unless the brother was much older and responsible. I still keep my four year old in a cart.

Actually, from what I've read, they DO chemical castration in some cases and some states, but it isn't a solve-all any more than physical castration. They'd have to castrate (remove) the diseased brains of these assholes to get certain results.

The main reason scum like this are let back out, most of the time early, is that our prisons are too full. The reason our prisons are too full is that the vast majority of the prison population are in for drug offenses. The vast majority of those are in for marijuana offenses.

So the next time an early parolee rapes or kidnaps and kills someone. We can all thank the late Richard M Nixon and his war and drugs.

Wouldn't work even if it was chemical and physical castration. It's the brain that is the problem. They find other ways to assault children, even without a dick. And of course some of these assholes (some of whom are female, and not really castratable anyway) don't use their genitals at all when it comes to sexual assaulting a victim.

I still feel that physical castration would prevent many offenders from re-offending. Removing the testes reduces the testosterone by 90%. Among other things, testosterone promotes the sex drive, aggression, and induces a sense of well-being that allows men to tolerate risk (such as the risk involved when perpetrating a crime) better.

I would think physically castrated men would offend at about the same rate as women after losing their balls. It wouldn’t drop the rate to zero, but I think it would definitely drastically reduce the rate of re-offending.

Physical castration can be a simple, non-surgical procedure in humans as well… there is a tool called a burdizzo that does the job extremely well and bloodlessly. It is clamped on the scrotum above the testes and left there for 2-3 minutes. Without cutting the scrotum, it severs the blood vessels and crushes the nerves, killing the blood supply to the testes that are subsequently re-absorbed into the body.

These devices can be purchased online, good ones run about $60-80. God help the man who ever rapes somebody close to me

I couldn’t agree more! I have a son who just turned 10 and I don’t even let him go to public restrooms when I am not standing right outside the door, I give him a minute or two then I’m opening the door and checking on him, men’s room or not. I may be over protective but with shit like this happening every day I like to think my over protectiveness has some merit. I avoid Wal-mart if at all possible I’d rather pay a little more and do my grocery shopping somewhere else, and if I do have to go to wal-mart (i.e. they are the only ones open,I need an item I can’t find anywhere else)I try to opt for leaving the kids with hubby,if thats not an option my kids are beside me the whole time (in any store not just wal-mart) usually they each take a side and hold on to the buggy! It’s time parents were more responsible for their kids!

Depending on the location of store what I observe, I do the same with my son. I often make him observe his surroundings as well.
