JACKSON, LA – After Principal Bobby Washington accused a 17-year-old student of smoking on campus, the teen cursed at him and went to class. Washington followed him and asked him to leave the classroom several times but was met with more cursing and the teen refusing to leave, so police were called. When the responding officer took the student out of the classroom and according to the report “advised suspect to place his hands on the wall that he was under arrest for disturbing the peace” the teen resisted arrest, said “fuck you” to the officer and turned to re-enter the classroom. The officer warned the student not to go any further, but the teen ignored him leading to the officer tasing his ass. The teen’s father said that while his son’s actions may not have been acceptable, the tasing by police went too far because everyone knows when police are confronted with someone resisting arrest that they should just give them a big lollipop and a hug. The school recommended expulsion for the teen who now faces charges of disturbing the peace and resisting an officer. Enjoy the video after the break. It includes the teen with a bandaged head mumbling something about freedom of speech and has a short comedy routine by newscasters Donna Britt and George Sells at the beginning.

Awww, I was really hoping to see the actual tasing.

  • aka jas

There is this saying…how does it go? “Stupid is as stupid does.”

    “Freedom of speech”…..now, Thats funny.

  • Boughtthefarm

If he cannot act any better than that at 17, he needs to be tazed. His dad ought to shut up and rethink the lousy parenting job that he's done so far.

  • lisaznola

As I said on my Facebook page:

Dad, wake up. Your son is on a bad path, try a little discipline at home and maybe JR won't get tased again.

Leave raising your kids to the schools and the cops and this is what you get!

  • Gee

the ignorance with this father and son is beyond belief . When the police ask you to do something maybe you should comply.

  • Athena

I don't know… I just have a thing against the casual use of tasers. The non-lethal weapon has killed hundreds of people across the country. When you're tasing minors, the risk of serious damage increases. I don't think people in general know how dangerous police-issue tasers are, and I KNOW the police don't.

Some ol' fashioned, hand-to-hand submission makes a hell of an impression, and is far less likely to do damage to the heart.

But, ultimately, it's nice to hear about the little shit getting dealt with. And, yeah, dad needs to step up or bow out.

I'm all for the lollipop and a hug…but not for this little butt-hole. I say tase him again for good measure. He wants to talk big and “act” like a grown up? Let him get a grown up punishment.

Yes you ave the right to be an ass hole in this country but like my mama always said, “There's a time and a place for everything and this isn't one of 'em.”

  • sarabei

I agree with Athena, I don't know about Tasing, but I am glad the little thug got dealt with. DAD is the reason he acts the way he does..a child emulates what he is taught. ***shakes head***

  • Sally Mischief

I would say “obviously this kid doesn't have a dad to set him straight” but he does… maybe the dad didnt have a dad to set him straight. Either way, the route this kid is going he'll likely end up in jail anyway. I think when you tell a cop to shut the F*^$ up or anything like.. you deserve what's coming to ya.

  • cplpunishment

I think the police took the appropriate action to go “hand-to-hand” with a teen who is big as Andrea the Giant is a no win situation. He was obviously intent on learning today's lesson in class but now he will have the chance to stay at home and finish on line and cuss his family and smoke his cigs.

Hopefully he will learn that there is a BIG DIFFERENCE in disturbing the peace and Freedom of Speech. Maybe he can learn on line.

  • aka jas

Can I just say….I've missed ya!

  • aka jas

I have a feeling due to the lack of interest the dad has and the way this twat thinks of “freedom of speech” he will be feeling the shit end of a taser in his future.

A taser is an affective little tool. The po-po pulls the device out and I would shut up and stop quickly. (not that I do anything that is going to put me in that position)

  • cplpunishment

You Can. I had 2 deaths in the fam on vaca 1 week and drunk for 4 dayz.
Thanks nice to know that someone likes me.

  • beatlechick

I am going to go learn me some cussin' words so that I can properly practice my freedom of speech!

  • beatlechick

I'm sorry to hear that. My heart goes out to you for your losses. I hope things get better for you soon.

  • aka jas

Oh man, K! I am so sorry. I was seriously wondering about you. You definitely are in my thoughts. Everyday will be better and better. I promise.

  • mamaplucks

    Well put!!

  • cplpunishment

    Thanks.

  • cplpunishment

Hey we had a guy arrested in Concord that had asthma and died in a cell not being able to breath. I went to school with him and his family caused a small riot, The news was there and it was ugly. Weather you spray or taze or lay on hands it is a ugly situation and the Police usually get the brunt of the blame. The arrestee somehow becomes the victim when all they had to do in the first place is listen to the word of authority. If you resist you stand to get a good ole azz whoopin from the boys in Blue. I know from experience. They have alot of friends and no matter how bad you are they are Badder and I aint talkin bout cupcakes!

  • Robert1

THEY SHOULD USE THE TAZER ON THE FATHER ALSO,SOUNDS LIKE A BAD GENE POOL!

  • ProudWife05

Respect starts at home from a young age. From the this kid acted at school it just goes to show that he was never taught to respect aduts. If he had been than he would never had his ass tased.

  • The_Shadow_Knows

In contrast to the last story, I would say this officer acted properly: he advised the suspect he was under arrest and – when the suspect resisted arrest – the officer calmly used necessary force to subdue him. The officer didn't blow his stack and rage like a madman because some dumb kid wasn't addressing him as “Your Excellency.”

That's the kind of rational, even-handed law enforcement that I like to see. Let the punk cool his heels in a cell for a couple of days.

  • DamagedGoods

Umm… you don't get to just tell a cop you are in fact NOT under arrest after they've informed you you are… you can try, but I can guarantee it isn't going to work out in your favour.

    Unless you're a Jedi…

  • Athena

I don't think it's necessarily fair to be so hard on the dad in this situation. For one, the dad is NOT defending or denying his son's behavior like so many do. He acknowledged that the behavior was unacceptable. He just thought tazing the teen was a bit extreme. That's a fair assertion.

Also, no, behavior is not necessarily a parent's fault, especially within the black community, sadly. “Peer pressure” is an over-used term, in my opinion; it's really lost its impact. But the reality of the situation is that, once your child becomes a teen, their peer group is THE most influential force in their lives. Most parents luck out – their kids fall into peer groups where kids have similar values and upbringings. But if you are so unlucky as to have a kid fall into a bad peer group, your battle has just begun. Your child can become unrecognizable in no time, and all your efforts to bring them back into your flock are met with resistence, perhaps pushing your child even farther away.

We don't know that this is what happened with this family, but the very fact that the father is involved in this kid's life suggests that he's probably been fighting to save his son from the temptations of the “thug life” for awhile now, as so many black parents have to do these days.

  • Holly Golightly

I'm sure the dad thinks that he's the only one who can discipline his child… and maybe if he'd of done more of it while jr was growing up, the kid wouldn't have acted like a fucking moron when he was confronted by the cop.

  • Aesims1

it's not only that the kid gave the cops a big “fyou”, he also disrespected the principal of the school…0 & 2 for respecting authority right there.

As far as the dad is concerned, he stated in the video that ole boy only said a couple of bad words to the policeman…doesn't address the fact that his dick head son didn't follow direction from the principal nor the police. Kid can't follow direction, police willl make him follow direction…end of story!

  • Athena

By replying to my post, it insinuates you actually read it. Your statements, however, suggest quite the opposite.

The kid was being a little shit, but he wasn't being threatening or violent, which would be more indicative of a shitty upbringing. Lots of kids from good homes mouth off in an attempt to show off for peers. I knew more than a few kids like that when I was a teenager. I'm surprised that you, apparently, didn't.

Again, nothing this father has said suggests he thinks his son should get off the hook for his behavior. Just that tasing was a bit extreme.

I guess I just believe in evidence-based criticism. We have evidence that the boy was being a douche. We have NO evidence that it is his father's fault.

In a time where school shooting are going on all the time and all theses video of police using force, its a matter of can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs. Police need respect and need some leeway in doing their job. Do cops get out of line? yes! But it not suppose to be a pleasant experience, sure allot better police treatment than in Africa or Asia where its not uncommon for homeless children to be gun down by police before they become bandits.

  • Pyncky

I'm glad the little cockbite got tazed. These little boys who think they are men because they have two little hairs growing on their nads use the law to smart off and think no one can touch them. Welcome to the real world kiddo. If you aren't playing from a position of power, shut your stupid pie hole.

Can we get an address for the cop. I'd like to send him a thank you card.

  • Lar_jenn2000

i gre up in an amazing family but as a teen made my fair share of poor choices and did stupid shit. Even though in my head I knew it was wrong. However i never disrupted the learning of anyone nor did i ever excercise my freedom of speech by telling a cop to fuck off. i still managed to remain respectful while acting like an ass!

  • Lar_jenn2000

    oops grew

  • DastardlyDog

Hey! No need to speak poorly of twats!

  • aka jas

    I apologize, sincerely.

  • DastardlyDog

I think the police were following procedure. The kid was disrupting the peace, he was warned repeatedly. That's another problem we have. We warn our kids over and over, and they learn that's all they will get is another warning. So many parents don't follow through. Warn them, then follow through with a consequence. He thought he was a big tough guy. He found out there are consequences when you tell the cops fyou.

  • Gee

Ha Ha “i still managed to remain respectful while acting like an ass! “

    I love that! ;O)

Hey! You cant just go around tazing fuckers because of bad genes. That's not the way that works.

  • Holly Golightly

You're right, I grew up around kids who were taught to respect the police, not tell them to fuck off and then go on their merry way.

And yes, it is his father's fault, as well as any other parental figure in his life. Maybe he should have taught the little bastard to respect people. Because he's lucky he only mouthed off to a cop and got tased, and not to some big asshole on the street and got shot.

  • minjofu

Again, a parent denying the fact that their kid is a rotten little punk who needs a butt kicking now and then.. Oh sure, he admitted that his kid can be mouthy, but he thinks the officer went too far?? I don't.. He had plenty of chances to avoid this, he cussed out and refused to listen to a cop.. Besides, a tazer is non-lethal force.. The best part about this story is that the kid got tazed in front of his classmates.. Shows other kids who might be having a hard time with respecting authority that they're not going to get away with shit just because they're minors.. The principal might not be able to touch you, the teacher might not be able to touch you.. but you better damn well believe a cop can touch you..

  • JGo555

But unless the kid started to physically resist arrest & the officer used hard force or whatever then they would've gladly sued the cops & then lived like royalty off OUR tax payments thinking that they are always right & cops aren't.

  • JGo555

    unfortunatedly.

  • JGo555

By a round of applause who here thinks that the cops did right & that the dad should STFU & spank his own prodigy since I bet the little c*nt talks to him like that too.

BTW, I also think he probably thought that he was gonna be the big man in school for acting up & when he got tasered & pissed his pants then he became the laughing stock. Not only that but he's now also embarrased since if he would've been beaten up by the cops, he would've totally shown his face on tv.

I have a feeling they didn’t show his face on tv as a matter of protocol because he’s a minor, and I think they’d have to get permission from his father to show his face. I could be wrong though, and he could very well just have been too embarassed, as he should be, but I’m sure it’s not because he’s ashamed of his behavior. That boy got schooled, and it stings. Won’t be his last run in with the law I’m sure.

As soon as someone resists arrest, like this idiot, they deserve to get Tased. Hell, the deserved to be clubbed with a nightstick, but whatever.

What you stated was a fair assesment concerning the peer groups. Thats all I can say. It would be suicide to argue with you.
