Ya know, thank God he was caught. I lived with a pedophile for a father for the first 13 years of my life and it only got worse and worse. At that young of an age, that girl has been groomed to believe that is a normal activity between a father and a daughter…that is, if she's in contact with him on a regular basis. I have said it before, if our jurisprudence were not so fucked up, you could simply shoot someone like this. When it all came out, a grand jury would all look at each other going, what the fuck, and let the shooter off. My stepdad was looking at 100+ yrs for the abuse he did to me and what do they do give him a 10yr plea bargain and with all the evidence they had even now I don't understand it. Not every person is as cold hearted as the lady who drove off while you were being abused.. I myself have called the police on people in parking lots before.. Never for sexual abuse.. But for other things like one time this lady started to beat her kid because he climbed into the car on the wrong side. She told him to get in on the driver side and climb across and the kid just ignored her and went to the passenger side. The mother flew off the handle and started punching the kid right in front of me. My boyfriend drove behind her van and we blocked her in until the police showed up. I don't like being all up in another persons business but if you abuse a child in front of me I will have to get involved. I hope that lady who just drove away has nightmares every night about the little girl she could have saved!! And I hope your step father gets every thing he deserves!!

Did we forget about all the other “innocent” people who were defending themselves on here, when in fact, they were found guilty by a jury of their peers? We have yet to get confirmation of the case dismissal and even if we do, there are no apologies in order from anyone here on this site. We are like minded people sharing our views against child abuse and child sexual abuse. Most of us here were victims of such things in the past and many of us have had our cases dismissed due to “lack of evidence”. Just because the evidence is not there, doesn't mean it didn't happen. Sometimes the best evidence is the emotional scars you carry with you for the rest of your life for being a part of something you never consented to in the first place. It's just too bad that it's not considered concrete evidence.

–this woman definitely thought she saw it, so much so that she went to some lengths to follow him, etc
–following their investigation, they thought they had good reason to arrest him
–following further investigation, they concluded they didn't have enough evidence to take it further
–the person who posted here over and over (Albert himself, it seems) does not want to be thought guilty of this crime

It's the little things here that are weird. Where's the much-younger mom? If the little girl IS Asian as described by the caller (?), was there some mail-order-bride for this guy, or what? (Was it some other girl, and not his daughter, in that tree?) And why was his DNA checked, or his daughter's? And why did he say the caller was simply “lying” rather than saying she was wrong about what she saw? And why did he run away when she saw him? And if the little girl was NOT naked from waist down, what the hell was she wearing other than, like, a shirt, such that the caller swore the child had no pants or panties on? He says the case was dismissed, but googling his name, I could find no evidence of that, only articles charging him with the crime. Most of us here are defending the victims and we don't like child molesters and other similar hooligans. Personally, I would like to see evidence of his innocence before I apologize for my comment.

I was doing my “running” exercise, as I do 4 times a week in the neighborhood. I pump my arms and raise my knees extra high to get my pulse up for 20 minutes. The speed is about a 26-minute mile, which is like a normal person just walking. Consequently, some call this a walk; some call it a run. So I wasn’t “running away” from anyone – just doing my regular exercise.

Thank you for your concern. I, too, saw similar information and was quite dismayed. I learned that that hearing became vacated (canceled) when I talked to my attorney about April 23. I didn’t even get any papers when I was released. All I know is my wife got a call from Scottsdale Police at 11 am Thursday saying I would be released between 3 am and 6 am Friday morning, which did occur. I am still checking for some “official citing” regarding my “case dismissed – no evidence of wrongdoing – no criminal record” status. It will probably be in some public document for print or Internet reading. By all means let me know at this web site if you see something. Otherwise I guess we’ll have to do something like meet for coffee at Denny’s to prove to you that I’m free and innocent.

I've signed up for email updates on your case and will be happy to post (with supporting links) when and if your case is indeed dismissed. To be fair, the website does state to allow 24 hours for case updates.

Hey, I don’t see anything about the case being dismissed from SUPERIOR court on the 31st. I don’t see anything about the 31st at all, actually. I just see the minutes from the 26th dismissing it from the lower court and the minutes of the 27th transferring the case to grand jury/superior court. Can you give a link to the actual document you saw? For some reason, I can’t find it.

Yes it is a musculoskeletal disorder, but you do not to “speed” walks to regain strength, It is an acute (meaning lasting 6 months or less usually) syndrome which is characterized by progressive muslce weakness that could result in respiratory distress!
