Sheriff’s Deputy Admits To Raping 6-Year-Old Child

THIBODAUX, La. - And here I thought we were gonna get through the day with no real bad news. A Lafourche Deputy assigned to the Lafourche Parish Detention Center has been arrested, accused of raping a six-year-old relative. The girl went to a teacher and told them that David Lewellen, 33, had been sexually assaulting her. After his arrest, investigators claim Lewellen confessed to the charges. Police also confiscated a computer from his home, explaining they had reason to suspect child pornography may also be involved. The ex-deputy is now sitting in the Saint John Parish jail on a $250,000 bond where I am sure he is real popular with the other inmates. If Lewellen is found guilty of raping the girl, he faces life in prison. They are not releasing the girl’s name, of course, nor her relation to Lewellen. However, one report stated that he is separated from his wife and has three children — two boys and one girl.

      I know right! We shouldn't protect these sickos. They hurt a helpless child they should get whatever is coming to them, Let them find out what it is like to be small, helpless, and then have somebody violate them.

      I had a friend who went to prison and he told me the correction officers would come and tell them when a child molester was brought in. He said even if they couldn't get to them to beat them up, they would do things like pee in their juice and other sick things he didn't want to tell me about. I can only imagine and laugh. I hope this guys prison time is as bad as it can get!

      What I don't understand is when someone is a convicted Felon in society, they pretty much lose all their rights regardless of what the crime is no matter HOW long it's been since the conviction, they're not allowed to vote, bear arms, live in many communities and have a hell of a time getting a job! However, while in prison, Rapists, child molesters, etc. get special protection as if they're the victim? What is wrong with this world?

      My friend always said they set you up to fail when you leave prison. It's easy to get into the system it is hard to get out of it. This same friend got out went to college, got married and had two kids. Wife got a job out of state he went to visit her and the kids. Broke down on his way back, missed a visit with his parole officer and was sent back to prison. He had not committed a crime in years so I think they should have gave him a second chance. His original reason for being in jail was stupid to. He was in his car and the battery died, he calls a friend for help. This friend being the idiot he is steals a family members car to go jump my friends car.. Cops get called and they both got arrested.

      Anyway as far as child molesters go they are the scum of the earth.. I wish we never had to let them out of prison. I wish we could make their stay in prison as uncomfortable as possible.. But some troll somewhere is worried about these people and their rights. I say let them fend for themselves and maybe we can rid ourselves of a few of them.
