Sherwood, OR – The simian-ish looking fella to the left is 22-year-old Matthew Navaie. Police say the registered sex offender was recently busted for taking up-skirt pictures at a Target department store. Matthew is going to have a tough time denying it in court – surveillance cameras were rolling as he was walking around the store taking crotch shots. As is evident in the surveillance footage, Matthew damn near crawled up the woman’s ass to snap a few pics. I don’t know how she managed to remain oblivious to his presence. It wasn’t his first go-round in that particular store either – store security informed police last week that he had been spotted on surveillance cameras trying to take photos from under women’s skirts as they shopped. When Matthew returned to the store this past Wednesday to reload his mobile spank bank, security alerted law enforcement and the little bastard was arrested. Both his cell phone and his home computer were seized. On the latter, police found child pornography. So, on top of four counts of invasion of personal privacy, he’s looking at four counts of encouraging child sex abuse. Bond has been set at $3,000.
