Three Bondsmen Allegedly Wiped Mace On Man’s Genitals, Asked For Oral Sex

Festus, MO- On June 5, three bail bondsmen who worked for a Festus bond company, F & N Bail Bonds, picked up a man at a home in St. Louis. The bondsmen were 33-year old Sean Baker, 28-year old Kevin Ritrovato, and 18-year old Shawn Boyer. The man they picked up was wanted on a probation violation and for jumping bail on a theft charge. The man said he went willingly with the bondsmen, but that Boyer hit him with a half-full bottle of water in the face while driving to Jefferson County. When they arrived at the bond office, Baker allegedly threatened to rape the man while Ritrovato and Boyer laughed and made jokes. The man begged them not to do anything to him. Baker allegedly then ordered the handcuffed man to drop his pants while he wiped Mace onto a white cloth. Baker supposedly then rubbed the cloth under the man’s eyes and on his genitals. A few minutes later, Baker wiped more Mace on the man’s genitals before returning with a warm washcloth and applying it to the man’s genitals.

The man said the warm washcloth made the pain “fifteen times worse,” as warm water causes the pores to open. Baker allegedly told the man he knew warm water would cause more pain. A while later, the bondsmen allegedly took the man for another ride and drove around for a few hours with the heat on high in the car. The man said all three bondsmen offered him cold water in return for oral sex, but the man refused. When questioned by detectives, Baker said that the man had resisted arrest and had to be sprayed with Mace. He said he must have touched his genitals while using the bathroom, but later changed his story. All three bondsmen were charged with felony restraint and misdemeanor assault. Bond for Ritrovato and Boyer was set at $5,000 each. Baker’s bond was set at $7,500. After turning themselves in, the men immediately posted the 10 percent required to be freed and walked out of the Jefferson County Jail.

    Good Gawd what do you expect in Festus, Its beside Eustus Rufus and Chestus. I wonder how many times these guys have been suckcessful in their attempt to elicit oral sex from prisoners in the past? I believe this is a small glimpse at what really happens in Festus. I hear its a real backward place to live.

    At first glance these seemed like false allegations because it just sounded like it came out of a really grody gay porn. The fact that this is true is a really big WTF?!? I just dont get it yuck man just yuck. Who the heck do these people think they are? They sound like convicted fellons themselves. Were these ladies/men part of a new gay bounty hunters “ass”ociation? I'm normally never on the criminals side but how could you not be this time. Holy Jesus WTF?

    I seriously think the allegations are false here and think that the arrestee was pissed about getting caught and maced. He dreamed this up on the spot to get back at these 3 burly stud muffins to get back at them and ruin their good name.

    It might just work 2 seeing how they had to post bond. Either way the story is funny as hell and I give the Flaming Fox 2 thumbs up on this one a wink and a wet kiss! Love ya mean it.

    This isn't going to go over well with The Dog. LOL. This may be true, not all bounty hunters/bondsman are going to be Duane Chapmans giving them free cigarettes and pep talks, but this just seems like bullshit to me. Like the lawyer said, “less than credible source.” These criminals who jump bail think they are entitled to evade the law and are somehow “special.” I wouldn't put it past one to make up a story like this as revenge. And the idea that the guy got it on his junk because he was too stupid to wash his hands before using the bathroom does indeed make sense.

    The ONLY possible way I can imagine this to be true is if the criminal is a child molester or something, and then the motive would be kind of obvious. Barring that, it's too weird to think that 3 straight guys would even touch another guys junk around each other, much less ask for head from him.

    Hmmmm… think of this for a second – lets say they DID mace his crotch area and under his eyes – wouldn't they be concerned that it would rub off on their own nether regions if they could get him to give up the sex? That right there makes the whole story sound bogus. One or the other – maybe – but not both, lol.

    yeah, sorry. This guy does deserve to get dragged in on his previous charges … However, I kinda believe this guy. I just can't imagine some idiot perp thinking up the excuse of “the warm water opens your pores”. Unless he's an esthetician on off days, he'd never say that.

    It is, I used to live in Desoto Missouri which is only a few minutes from Fetus. Lived in Jefferson County for like seven years actually and well there are not to many smart people that I know are from that area.

    How fucked is that? $500 to $750 buys you freedom in what amounts to a case kidnapping, torture and faggy sexual abuse. These three guys deserve to have their throats cut if they really did what was alleged, and they get released on such a small bond?
