Police: Man Donates Cell Phone He Used to Record Rape of 3-Year-Old Girl

Tacoma, WA- I’m sure that many of you would be able to share your own examples of scum-of-the-fucking-earth beings that share this world with us. After being a writer for this site for over a year, I, myself, could probably provide thousands. Morbid and Jaded, even more. I admit, I really get tired of it some days. If I didn’t have a husband and kids to take care of, I’d probably enjoy spending my time being a serial killer like Dexter and offing sick fucking bastards like 32-year old Michael Comte. Slowly. And. Painfully. You see, Comte recently donated a phone to a Tacoma Goodwill store. The phone was found by an employee at the Goodwill store, who took the phone for personal use. That employee discovered graphic pictures and video on the phone of Comte allegedly raping a 3-year girl and alerted police. Detectives were able to locate the phone’s previous owner and identified him as Comte.

The victim’s mother told investigators Comte was a friend of a man she was dating, and that Comte and his girlfriend had recently babysat for her 3-year old daughter. A bench warrant was issued for Comte, who was arrested last Thursday, and he was charged with rape of a child and the sexual exploitation of a minor. His bail was set at $500,000. Comte pleaded not guilty. I, personally, would love to offer my services to help castrate this piece-of-shit. I would slowly slide an ice pick into his penis hole and then pound the shit out of that rotten meat with my ball-peen hammer until the unnecessary appendage was removed. Shit. I’d even throw a little bleach on his bleeding hole afterward to make sure the operation was all hygienic and shit. With serious operations like that, you do have to act like a pro. And the entire time, with every swing of my hammer, I would tell the sick fucker, “I’ll stop when your screams are worse than that child you raped.” But I know that would never happen.

Did the mother report the rape before the phone was found? From the way it reads, the video was discovered, then the mom tells of the babysitting. How do you not know your 3 year old toddler has been raped? Not fondled,not forced to touch somebody else, or whatever, but flat-out raped? I have two 3 year olds, I can't imagine not knowing until a video surfaced.

I'm really, really hoping that the state's definition of rape includes non-consensual digital penetration or oral sex, because the idea of an adult male shoving his penis into a three-year-old's vagina without anyone noticing her pain and bleeding makes me want to vomit.

I agree with you about the digital penetration or oral sex being considered as rape. If the mother didn't realize the baby was raped, it's possible there was no obvious injury, which means this guy has a teenie weenie or he did what you mentioned or used a foreign object that wasn't very big. At least I hope so both for the baby's sake and the mother's sake for not noticing injury. Otherwise, she should have her child removed from her promptly.

It does include oral sex; also, it includes “any penetration of the vagina or anus however slight, by an object” but not explicitly digits.
