New Jersey – On Saturday, the body of Judith Novellino, 62, was found in her home by her daughter. She had over 80 stab wounds. “Over 80 stab wounds were inflicted during what can only be described as a very brutal and violent encounter,” said Morris County Prosecutor Robert Bianchi. Police are now looking for her ex-husband, 63-year-old Anthony Novellino. The couple was divorced on June 8, divorce papers painting Anthony Novellino as a real winner. ”Throughout a 37-year marriage I have been subject to the defendant’s verbal abuse, his destruction of my personal belongings and his obsessive and controlling personality,” Judith wrote. She also revealed that she paid most of the household bills without contribution from Anthony and that he had threatened to dissipate $800,000 in his assets to have her support him after the divorce. Judith already moved from the home and was residing in her own apartment. The popular Morris Catholic High School teacher had only been at the home she was murdered in to retrieve personal belongings.
