Convicted Sex Offender Streams Sexual Assault During Sleepover

CLAYTON, Ohio – A lot of pedos we feature here have some balls. Not meaning they are mostly male (they are) but that they really do take extra-ordinary risks when satisfying their desire to molest children. But if the charges against 33-year-old Stephen Foy are true, he has big, brass ones. He has been accused of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl while she slept, streaming video of his actions to another person via a laptop camera. The girl had been attending a sleepover at the house Foy was staying and told investigators that she woke up to Foy on top of her touching her over her clothes and she told him to stop. When he persisted, she woke up her friends and Foy fled the residence. But as we usually see in these cases, pedos may have balls, but they don’t demonstrate much in the way of brains. Foy left the laptop and evidence of him instant messaging and broadcasting live video to another person. Foy, who was convicted of sexually assaulting a 16-year old girl back in 2008, was arrested and charged with child endangerment and gross sexual imposition.

      I hope that whoever allowed him to stay with them didn't know about his previous conviction. He should never have been around children.

      This sonofabitch shouldn't even be alive. He needs to be put in gen pop with a big poster on his back that states ped of the year and when 15 inmates shank him repeatedly for at least a hour the prison will be able to have a dance from 6 to 8 with full accomadations and a live band behind a glass barrier. No slow dancing allowed.

      Wow. If the charges are true, he does have some balls…that need to be ripped off, placed in a glass jar, and shoved up his ass so the girl's parents can have an ass-stomping party!

      I doubt they can ever prove the recipient was even watching the stream. Maybe this guy had found a legal loophole and was too stupid (thankfully) to profit from it.

      Ok am I losing it or what but it says he was CONVICTED in 2008 for the same thing to a 16 yr old….then why is he not locked up???

      When will the courts learn that you cannot rehabilitate these monsters. When, I took law in school, we were told that around 80% of people who go to jail and are released will go back, often for the same or similar crimes. I don't know what the current numbers are but I doubt they are much better and possibly worse. It is enough that nearly every time I read of a rapist or pedophile it mentions that he has previous charges for similar crimes, often getting a very weak sentence from some soft judge, especially up here in Canada.

      Two things seem highly likely about someone who rapes or sexually assaults a woman or child – they have raped or attempted it before and/or will do so again if they are not incarcerated for the rest of their lives.

      Reintegration and rehabilitation of rapists, murderers and pedophiles is a waste of time. Better to spend the time, money and compassion on the victims, life sentences to protect those not yet victimized by permanently removing them from society and on non violent offenders who have not yet crossed that unforgivable line.
