Justin Jamie Capps Was Caught At The Boobie Trap

Jefferson County, AL- Officers were called last Thursday night by the club owner of a topless bar named Wesley’s Boobie Trap. The owner had been told by a customer that the child had been left in a car outside the club. The owner went out to investigate and found a 2-year old boy screaming and crying in the car seat inside a 2004 Pontiac Vibe. The owner of the vehicle, 27-year old Justin Jamie Capps, came out of the bar and confronted the club owner, demanding to know why he was near his car. The owner informed Capps he had called the police. When deputies arrived, they found that Capps had already removed his son from the vehicle and was walking in the middle of the road away from the business. Justin Jamie Capps was charged with disorderly conduct for becoming combative while the deputies questioned him. He was also charged with resisting arrest and is being held with bond set at $4,000. Authorities are considering child endangerment charges. The child was released to the custody of his mother. The Department of Human Resources was notified. I have some advice for Mr. Capps… after a lifetime of bad decisions with your son… DO NOT hand your son a gun and tell him to pull the trigger… just ask Mr. David Bowers… oh sorry he is dead… his son shot him!

OH hha ha man…….If I was mom………whoa!! Fuck that dude!!! HE would be LUCKY to have been taken to jail. I would make real hard for that perv to see his child for awhile– if ever! Pissed off would be an understatement.

I guess with Alabama law, the child endangerment charge is a misdemeanor and an officer can only arrest for a misdemeanor if it happens in his presence. Since the officers did not see the child left alone inside the vehicle when they arrived, they could not charge him with it. But, personally, I believe walking down the middle of the road at night while intoxicated and carrying a child also fits the child endangerment charge. I hope they charge him with it either way.

I pass this place on Hwy 78 to go to my sister's lake house in Arley AL. It is the biggest roach hole, as a matter of fact, the first couple of times we saw it we thought it was closed and abandoned! Why anyone would feel the need to visit this place so strongly that they would leave their child in the car, I just don't understand. I hope this little boy's mama/grandmother/grandfather are all PISSED and Capps is safer in jail. I know if that was my child/grandchild Capps would never want to see “boobies” again as it would remind him of the painful ass beating I administered.
