Somebody’s Kid Needs Their Ass Beat

BRADDOCK, Pa – A fourth-grade student was not sitting at a lunch table in the cafeteria of Fairless Elementary School when second-grade teacher Shawn Wallace-Baeza, who is almost five months pregnant, told him to sit down. That’s when this kid verbally assaulted Baeza before pushing her in her stomach. She was taken to the hospital just to be on the safe side. School district superintendent said normally cases like this calls for a three-day suspension before an informal hearing to determine further punishment. The North Braddock Police Department is also investigating and said charges against the student are likely. Baeza is back in the classroom.

i do not care if this little frog knew or did not know or was at that height or not the little b*stard should have been taught a thing called RESPECT for others years ago

I am about to sound like an old woman(I am only 45) but damn it what the hell is wrong with kids now days??
Do these little tards not have any darn parents?? between this case and several others that have hot the news lately i just have to wonder what in hell parents are doing to actually Parent if anything

this is why I think every time a child messes up no matter how bad the parent should be Punished by paying a huge fine and having to attend Mandatory parenting classes Than maybe Mommy and Daddy will start actually raising these litters they keep creating and pushing out.

I think that it's also likely that this was common knowledge. My kid has had a couple teachers who have found out they were preggo and immediately started celebrating. I don't think that it's out of the question that this kid knew or could have known she was pregnant. I've also known some who were showing at this stage and if proud/happy of the fact, did wear maternity clothing that showed the baby bump.

I do think the kid needs to be punished and that this is not acceptable, be it man, woman, pregnant, disabled, healthy, athletic, etc, but I do think that if it was known the woman is pregnant, it shows an extra level of maliciousness.

yup, bout right...my daughter is in 4th grade, shes 9 and is about 4'9"

but i agree, a child should not b pushin ANYONE, pregnant or not....i believe a child that young is learnin things like that at home IMHO

Isn't that about arm level for a 4th grader? I'm thinkin he didn't intentionally shove her in the stomach, he just shoved. Not that excuses anything, the little jerk.

At "almost five months pregnant", isn't it possible that the kid had no idea she was pregnant? Unless there was some sort of announcement made, I don't see how this kid WOULD know. None of the pregnant women I've known were showing with any level of obviousness at "almost" 5 month.

So, while this by no means justifies this kid's actions - it's not okay to push people - I don't think it should be treated as though this child maliciously pushed the pregnant teacher in the stomach, unless we've got reason to believe her pregnancy was common knowledge.

But, yeah, some kids only learn from a good whuppin'.
