Gay Porn Star Chokes To Death On Bag Of Pot

Panama City Beach – Like many other acts 23-year-old Andrew Grande aka Dustin Michaels performed, this one was also caught on camera. The video is after the jump, but it is a bit disturbing. His decision to swallow a bag of weed may have been a boneheaded one, I still cannot help but feel sorry for the dud as he chokes to death in front of a camera crew. For those of you who would rather not watch a guy die, just after 2AM Friday police were called to the Executive Inn where it was reported Grande assaulted a female. When deputies arrived, accompanied by a camera crew from Zoo Productions (the people behind “Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader“, “MTV’s Busted” and “Speeders”), one of the deputies tried to arrest Grande but he resisted having cuffs put on and stuffed something in his mouth. Not aware that he was choking, cops shoot Grande with a taser. Grande pulls the taser probes out of his body and shoves his hand in his mouth trying to dislodge the bag of weed. Deputies realize what is happening and begin trying to save his life, but are unsuccessful. All three of the deputies who responded are now on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.

I wonder how many people thought they were being clever when they made the too easy crack about Andrew being a gay porn star and dying by choking on something? I know of one other mistake Andrew made before shoving that bag in his mouth and that is using the screen name Dustin Michaels (and no I didn’t know that off the top of my head ya’ lame fucks, I actually had to go look through my gay porn stash) and not keeping his last name. Just seems more fitting. Something like B.J. Grande or Max Grande.

On an episode of “Cops,” an officer pointed out to a suspect that if he’d just surrendered the weed he would have gone home with a ticket — instead, by trying to eat it he’d get destruction of evidence charges that made it much more serious.

Unless that was in Oregon or one of the other very few states who have decriminalized pot possession, I have to assume that cop just wanted to throw that line of bullshit out there and see if it would stick and help them arrest a lot more people for pot possession without a lot of effort on their part.

Wow..those cops sure werent ready for that little scenario. I wonder how well theyre trained in first aid? I know thats not there job, but it might prove useful once in awhile.

You know, I'm no expert on destruction of evidence or paraphernalia, but it seems to me in this case there was a more obvious solution.

I don't know local laws, but if they are similar to the United States, there is probably a limit at which it goes from a minor crime to a major one. For example, in my area (Denver) up to 1 oz possession, even without a medical card, is not considered criminal, and is the marked lowest priority offense in the city. Provided you have 1 oz or less, and you so much as see someone jaywalking that you can point out, you're more or less a free man.

In such a case, if you had less than the limit, I'd just leave it alone. If you had more, eat as much as you can. It wouldn't be the most pleasant experience, but it wouldn't likely be fatal, and they'd have difficulty providing enough evidence to suggest exactly how much you had in your possession at the time.

Again, not that I'm an expert in these things.

I agree, it did appear he was resisting and once they realized what was happening, they did everything possible to save him.

Everyone should know how to perform an emergency tracheotomy on themselves. I am fully prepared, at any time, to make the incision and insert the hollow pen I keep on myself every single day since I was 12. I have only had to use it 6 times.

Yeah, I gotta agree. I consider myself pretty unflappable when it comes to the darker side of the internet (which I just can't seem to leave alone) but this vid is a bit difficult to watch. The look in his eyes is awful. What makes it even worse is the fact that it was a wee bag of weed. Not worth dying over.

I can't blame the police from the video I saw, it appeared as if he was resisting arrest. Once he SHOWED them he was choking,they did everything they could to save him from his own stupidity. Unfortunately for him, it didn't have a happy ending.
