Eaton, CO - When sisters Rachel Amelia Jordan, 22, and Jessica Jordan-McVey, 26, have a party they try to make sure everyone has fun. And what barbecue would be complete without liquor? Although these two tried to be the “Hostess with the Mostest”, three of their guests had a bit too much to drink, got sick, and started “acting crazy”. It may have been from mixing booze. These particular guests were indulging in quite a bit of vodka and Watermelon Puckers. Or it may have been the fact that two of the guests were age 11 and the other was age 7. Whatever the cause of the craziness, the hostesses figured out a way to handle the situation. They tied the wrists of one of the 11-year-old girls and stuffed a rag in her mouth. To keep her from wandering about, they attached the rope to a nail in the garage. The two sisters also bound the wrists and feet of the other 11-year-old girl. In an attempt to sober all the girls up, they popped the kids into the shower.
Ever the proper hostess, one of the sisters then walked one of the girls home. When the girl related the the party adventure to her parents, the parents called the police rather than sending a thank-you note to the party pair. The police promptly arrested the women and charged them with child abuse, serving alcohol to minors and false imprisonment. It’s not known how many people were at the party or if there are more kids involved. Rachel Jordan’s bond is $20,000 and Jessica Jordan-McVey’s is $7,500. It will probably be a while before their next get together.
