I was wondering the same thing myself. Maybe because he killed a cop? But of course he didn’t know it at the time, and from what I’ve read this is NOT intentional homicide.

Oh and I don't condone sexual assault or sexual harassment. However, in this circumstance, I don't think it was that "serious." Also, I don't really buy the whole self defense thing. The idea that he felt so threatened and was fearful for his life, enough to pull out a gun and shoot someone doesn't wash with me. He doesn't look like a small guy to me and it's obvious he's pretty strong, I personally feel like he could definitely hold his own in a fight.

The only way I can see him actually needing to bring out his weapon and using it would be if he felt like his life was in serious danger and the other person was brandishing a weapon as well. There is no mention that the other guy had pulled out a weapon, however; if he did...well that's another story of course.

I’m not saying that Jennifer and Gregg deserved to die, and I’m not saying that Andrew isn’t a total douche bag, but some cops feel they have a right to act like total assholes off duty, and nobody had better diss them, or they’ll be in trouble. It sounds like that’s what Jennifer was doing and because she was a cop, nobody should talk to her the way Andrew did, and he needed to pay, even though she was the one who started the confrontation with an inappropriate gesture. Maybe this will be a lesson to cops everywhere to leave trouble behind and don’t start any when they’re off duty, but I doubt it.
