Not sure how many know this, but Albert Fish was into this sort of this thing. It was his letter writing that eventually led to his capture and conviction for the murder of Grace Budd. Crazy tidbit of info: He actually shorted out the electric chair due to the number needles lodged in his perinium. He’s psychologically one of the more interesting serial killers in recent history.
