Mother Of Shaniya Davis Arrested On Human Trafficking Charges

Fayetteville, North Carolina - I’m sure a lot of you have already read about this, but over the weekend the mother of missing five-year-old Shaniya Davis was arrested. Antoinette Davis has been charged with human trafficking, felony child abuse, prostitution, filing a false police report, and resisting, delaying, or obstructing police. Davis is being held at the Cumberland County Jail on $51,000 secured bond. Police say that the little girl was sold into prostitution by her mother. They say that 25-year-old Davis allowed her daughter to be taken “with the intent that she be held in sexual servitude.” The charge came after the arrest of 29-year-old Mario Andrette McNeill. Police said McNeill can be seen on surveillance video at a Sanford Comfort Inn showing him carrying Shaniya Davis towards an elevator early Tuesday morning – before Davis reported her daughter missing. Shaniya is still the subject of a nation wide Amber Alert and what all of this info implies is absolutely horrific. I am having a hard time wrapping my brain around it. How about some of you quit praying to that God of yours for all that stupid, self-serving bullshit so he can keep an eye out on all these kids he supposedly loves so much. Thanks!

You know these scumbags probably have done something with her. Sick world, folks. This case is going to encourage me to work double-time to keep my daughter away from her POS birth mother. That mug shot makes you want to smash her face with a hammer. I fear that the turnout on this is going to be a tragedy.

  • About 200 people were searching Monday in North Carolina for the body of a missing 5-year-old girl after "reliable information" indicated that she may be dead, Fayetteville, North Carolina, police said.

    The search focused on land near a roadway because "reliable information received that the body of Shaniya Davis may have been dumped there," the Fayetteville Police Department said in a statement.

    birth Mother had given the Father custody of this little angel.
    One has that he has had her since birth, and another states he has
    had her for a short time while the birth Mom could find proper
    housing. One way or the other, she had just gotten this child back prior
    to this horrific crime.
    She was "NOT" a Mother, just some sack of meat that gave birth.
    It never ceases to amaze me that these women exist! To be able to create a life, but not be able to LOVE. There is no excuse for what she is accused of

Apparently, dear ol' dad didn't even drop her off at Davis' house himself - he had his sister do it while he was out of town. Poor Shaniya must have been so confused. And probably pretty scared.

    Brad also has 2 other children, one in his early 20s named Byron and one around 17 or 18 named Cheyenne. They both have different last names - Byron has his maternal grandfather's last name (Coleman), I think.

    On an unrelated, but equally horrifying note: Apparently Brad's first wife (Vickie Lockhart) was murdered in 1998 in a home invasion. Again, according to the interwebs.

    This has me near tears. WTF? Why are children born to shitheads like this? If this is true, I hope little Shaniya's face haunts her daddy's dreams for the rest of his life. Again, if it's true, it just doesn't make him a whole hell of a lot better than the "mother".

    Fiance or no, I find it VERY strange that he just shipped her off to live with her mother without any lead-up. No checking out mom's home or alleged employer, no having mom come to Shaniya's house first to get introduced, no weekend visits in advance of the big move, no getting to know mom's friends and ensuring she had a support system to help her cope with the sudden change of having a child in her home.

    Nope. All mom had to do was say "oh yeah, I have a job and a house, so she can live with me now," and they packed Shaniya up and moved her on over. To a stranger's house. In another state. To an unspeakable fate and an untimely end. God only knows what her life was like in that month before she was carted off to that hotel.

    Poor kid.
