This shit-fer-brains is accused of e-mailing his friend’s 9-year-old daughter, since early September, asking her if she would have sex with him. One of his first e-mails allegedly read, “Do you promise to have sex with me? Please answer then erase this letter and don’t tell anyone.” The child refused his advances, but obviously didn’t inform her parents because the e-mails continued. At one point, authorities believe Haaby tried to get to the child by using her younger sister. “Your sister will also start going through the same thing you will … when she is ready, I may have her be with me,” he wrote. She kept refusing and he kept typing – digging himself a deeper hole.

He tried to bribe her with money – still, nothing. Another e-mail to the child read, “You have to choose one of these or you will not get that 20 dollars and I may never talk to you again.” What the hell was the girl supposed to choose between? I have no clue. Eventually, the girl’s father discovered the e-mails and called in the boys in blue. With an officer posing as the child, a rendezvous was set up. When Haaby thought he was in the clear with the child, he shot off an e-mail to the kid’s father – “I was wondering if it would be cool with you if I come and take her out for an ice cream or something this SaturdaySaturday reviews

Darrick Haaby, 34, is now behind bars facing federal charges of online enticement. It is believed that Haaby and the child’s father have known each other for at least 12 years. SickSick reviews fuck.

We keep seeing this sort of thing, or some asshat kidnaps a girl as a sex slave, etc.
I think what’s going on is a gradual breakdown in people’s ability to have meaningful relationships with adults. This is probably partially based on the addiction to internet porn, so women become nothing but objects, and the only way to get someone you don’t need to be able to have a meaningful conversation with is this way. You get the sex with minimal attachment or commitment.
2012 is right around the corner so… we might be done with this nonsense soon. Or not.

The star thing on his neck is a symbol for the Multnomah county Sheriff. i know cuz my dad works there. and as far as Darrick Haaby goes, i know this guy well, he worked in the cubicle next to mine for 7 months. He’s been to my house. he’s actually married, he has a beautiful wife and the most adorable little 2 and a half year old boy. i was workin with him as a friend to get his life in order and IT WORKED!! he had gotten a nice new job and everything, then i heard about this. i had no idea. he would occassionally make comments about high school girls but admitted that 17 was way too young. ironic. i guess you never really know people.

i looked into getting court statements and such, it’s a process that takes some time. i did not begin the process to recieve paper work, however i did find another method of obtaining this info. and as it stands now, the news reports were incorrect that Darrick was sentenced. as far as i know, since it is a federal offense he will be held for approx 1 year before he gets his sentencing. and in federal cases like these the fed courts do not count TIME SERVED. so thats an extra few months to a year. similar crimes in Wisconsin range from $100,000 fines and or 10 years in prison. others have gotten 25 years for the exact same crime. online sexual inticement of a minor. i can imagine him getting like 2 to 5 years.
