Male Nurse Charged With Dispensing His Own Hand Lotion

ChicagoChicago reviewsChicago reviews - James Whittington, 48, was in court today answering to charges of criminal sexual abuse, stemming from allegations made by a patient he cared for at Weiss Memorial Hospital on February 12th. The 57-year-old woman has accused Whittington of injected her with morphine while she was a patient in the ER where he worked as a nurse. While sedated, Whittington allegedly kissed her breast and ejaculated into her hand. Town Hall District police said that when the woman woke up, Whittington was fondling her. He is on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation and the hospital is cooperating with police. “Our preliminary  hospital investigation shows that the proper chain of command regarding notification and investigation was followed correctly. Patient safety, as well as the safety of our employees, is a top priority at Weiss,’’ a hospital statement read. I know, a lot of details missing, but it is all I got. The hospital did a good job keeping the lid on this though, huh? February? And to be honest with you, I only posted this because of the “ejaculated into her hand” part. I am extremely juvenile.

    Sounds like some cases I’ve worked on here. I remember a case where some lady woke up on a plane and found spooge in her hair and a man zipping up his pants. Also, we had a case called the “Fondler.” It’s like you said, a lot of this never makes the media. At least once a year there is some kind of nudity on a plane taking place. But I have to admit, most of these people are drunk, so I don’t understand this guy unless it was a crime of opportunity.

    And crime of opportunity is was Jury. High on Morphine you could ejaculate into my hand too. I just wonder where in a hospital you can be alone with a patient under anesthesia long enough to jerk off in to her hand. Maybe he got off on the thrill of it. I hate to get in the elevator after this guy steps out. His pic kinda has that look like ‘yeah I do that stuff.’

    Here’s my guess…He gets off on seeing women rub baby batter on their face. So, he drugs her and then rubs one out in her hand. The plan is to tickle her nose so she smacks her face, therefore rubbing the load in. However, he got sidetracked by her large breastesses, and never got to see her give herself the money shot…

    He is on paid leave pending the outcome of the investigation … We know what the “outcome” was, he came in her hand…ewww couldnt he use a tissue or something?

    This would seem unlikely in a hospital setting except for……

    William Miofsky “never practiced medicine” after pleading no contest to the charges against him but worked for a time for a county health department. Here’s a brief recapping of the Miofsky case, taken from (Sacramento) Bee reports: The scandal erupted in 1979 when several nurses at Sutter Memorial Hospital came forward to accuse Miofsky, the hospital’s chief anesthesiologist of having sex with anesthetized female patients, one of them a 12-year-old girl. He pleaded no contest to three of seven felony counts filed against him and was sentenced to a term of eight years and eight months. In 1985, he was released from full-time commitment at Atascadero State Hospital. He never served time in prison. In addition, 158 civil suits were filed against Miofsky and the hospital, which had been accused of acting too slowly on the allegations. The suits were consolidated and settled in 1983 for several million dollars.

    Another “good guy” using his authority to take advantage of someone. This is fucking disgusting! And yes I just love how he is on paid leave…..
