The Annville Flasher Has Been Apprehended

Annville, Pa. – Back in September, four women reported that a male jogger had flashed them while around the Quittapahilla Nature Park area. Lebanon Valley College student, Hung “Mike” Thanh Vo, 19, was charged Wednesday with four counts of open lewdness and four counts of indecent exposure after being identified by a witness. He is being fully co-operative with investigators and has admitted to doing this hundreds of times – including exposing himself to minors. “He is from Lebanon and he indicated that he has done this outside of the township, but it was usually done in Annville,” said Chief Michael Burdge. “What is disturbing is, he said that he has done this to children as young as 12-years-old – we think they were primarily girls.”

Hung “Mike” Thanh Vo

If your name was Hung, why would you want a nickname, especially a normal one like “Mike”. Man, imagine the pickup lines. “You ever been with a Hung Vietnamese before baby?” Or “Swear to God, I am Hung.”

Which reminds me of this guy with a tattoo just below his knee of a chicken hanging by its neck. Guy won a lot of bar bets with that tattoo.

glad he got caught before he graduated to the next step – and starting at 19 there’s a lot of steps.
