« « Raymundo Herrera’s Niece Interrupted His Groove, So He Set Her on Fire | John Forehand Had No Forethought When Asking His Daughter For Sex » »

AUSTIN, Texas – A woman learned that the man who was living with her, 26-year-old Cecil Leary, had been abusive to his previous girlfriend. So in a big twist on this site, she told him to get out. A month later, she returns home to find the door of her apartment ajar and in another intelligent decision rarely seen here, she didn’t go in – rather, she called police. When they went inside, they found the place had been vandalized,  spray painted walls, broken furniture and oddly enough, a dog crate being held in a bathtub full of water with a televisions sitting on top. Also, her 3-month-old pit bull puppy, Lovely, was nowhere to be found. But the fate of her dog would soon be revealed through a series of text messages she would receive from Leary.

Turns out Leary did actually drown the dog by putting the puppy in the carrier, then putting that into his ex-girlfriend’s bathtub. He placed the television on top of the carrier so it would not float and then filled the tub with hot water. A few days after receiving these texts (where Leary also complained that she still had some of his shit) police located the body of Lovely in some nearby woods. An arrest warrant has now been issued for Leary on a charge of felony animal cruelty. Leary has not been located.

Oh Hell No ! What about stalking and robbery and breaking and entering? It would be kidnapping if it were Mopar and I’d be looking for the s.o.b. every chance I got. This man is dangerous but is it really so strang that a sensible person drew him , you got the ones who look for the already weakened and you got the ones who want to tear down the strong. We’ll be hearing about him again if they don’t up the charges. Douchebag, flush his ass.

I can just imagine the fear of having to be in that apt. I would file civil suit charging him with all the emotional pain, suffering and the cost to relocate etc.

I would fight to have as many charges placed on him as possible. But police are so used to the S.O. deciding to drop the charges or not showing up for court.

I love it when women prove to be clever. I hate that there ate always so many of us in the news for having stayed with people who hurt, abuse and murder. It’ll always happen, I am not so naive that I don’t realize this, but if even one woman can make another one think, then it is worth it. I don’t think it is too difficult to imagine that if he killed the dog, it wouldn’t be much of a step further if you know what I mean.

Animal Abuser MUST DIE. This is fucking sick , these fucking pieces of shit must not be allowed to enter the world. I’m sure his parent’s, his parent’s, parent’s were like him. Furthermore it would be ironic if the empathy displayed by dogs would be the thing to change our understanding of their level of intellectual development, especially because the actions of abusers in these animal abuse cases, and in so many other things, displays their utter lack of empathy. Who’s idea was it to let animals own animals anyway? We need to look at the reasons why they keep animals, dogs in particular. They do not (and cannot, due to their evolutionary handicaps) view dogs as a companion, a helper, or a friend like we people do. They look upon them either as a weapon, or as an accessory (bling). That’s it. There is no emotional attachment, because their brain is stuck in the Homo Erectus phase of human evolution.

That’s what I was wondering but then figured that if he still has his stuff at her place it could be construed as his domicile as well as hers – that sucks.

So he stood there and waited as he heard the puppy gasp for the last few breaths.
