Sarah Bledsoe Stole Donation Jar Collecting Funds For Child’s Funeral

Indianapolis – 6-month-old Lanny James, also known as LJ, had a stroke before he was born. DoctorsDoctors reviewsDoctors reviews said he will probably not survive another year. His mother, Margaret Tompkins, had to take a leave from her job to take care of him and the family did not have the money for a funeral. So last month, the owners of a Shell gas station agreed to put out a donation bucket to help pay for it. But on one SaturdaySaturday reviewsSaturday reviews, a blond woman moved the bucket, with an estimated $200, out of view of the cashier and then left with it. On Tuesday, that blond piece of shit was arrested.

Image and video hosting by TinyPicUsing the surveillance video at the gas station as well as Crime Stopper tips, investigators were led to 35-year-old Sarah Bedsoe. A search of her home yielded evidence in the theft and ultimately led to her arrest on charges of charges of theft and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bledsoe had not posted bond as of Tuesday an initial hearing was set for this morning.

Look, I am not gonna lie and say that I could never see myself getting so desperate that I wouldn’t entertain the idea of stealing money planned to be used for an infant’s funeral. I mean obviously this woman has issues that could stretch far past dented morals. Drug abuse, mental issues, who the hell knows. But this is how I know I would never, ever do it. Karma. Seriously. I know, a guy who doesn’t believe in the supernatural adheres to the cosmic power of karma? Yes. Yes I do. Call it OCD, call it superstition, call it whatever you want. But no good can come from stealing money from a dying baby.

    IDK about Karma but if the only actions you take are for self preservation and are desperate you’ll end up doing shit….like stealing money from a dying baby. Not much personal sacrifice in that so no gain. I hope someone reads about this and helps donate to the babies mother and family.

    Let’s give her the benefit of the doubt that day, maybe she had a yeast infection and couldn’t sell it? That probably led her to smell the bread between her legs so she was thinking about a sandwich, and she needed the money for some bologna.
