Alisa Nice pled guilty to lesser charges and has been sentenced to five months in jail, five years of probation, and lifetime registration as a sex offender. She passed a polygraph test that showed she believed the victim to be older than 18.

Patricio Moreno is going to plead guilty and has a plea and sentencing hearing scheduled.

Robert Thompson received a plea offer of 10 years prison time.

David Garcia also claims to have believed the girl was not a minor and has emails showing he asked her age. He's out on bail.

Darrin Daily faces 53 charges. Trial has not been set.

OMG. So sorry OneAngryMom. Life must be pretty rough right now. No one knows what it’s like until it happens to you or yours. Sometimes you just can’t see it coming. The only ones at fault here are the bastards that committed these crimes. Get counsuling, move on, and live evrey moment like it’s your last and you will get over it. Sometimes you don't have to wait for the trial to just know they are guilty. My favorite kind of justice is street justice. Let the families or even the victims in a room with these guys and woman??? for as long as it takes. Give them all the tools they need and let it fly!

OMG, those mugshots are scary to me and I am a grown woman, its hard to comprehend the fear those kids suffered with those big ugly people coming at them and raping them. Just horrible. They need to bring back the Firing Squads or the Guillotine for inhuman freaks like this or just life in prison with a manditory gang rape everyday would be better for them.

The mother of the 4-year-old girl said her daughter was best friends with Darrin's two young girls and that Darrin had become a close family friend. "Never saw it coming at all. He was a good friend of ours, a nice guy," she said Wednesday. The mother said she was furious when she found out about the images of her daughter being sexually abused. The 4-year-old will go before a grand jury later this week, she said. "I want him gone. I want him locked away for a very long time and I want his life as miserable as he's made ours," she said.

Police say they have arrested a fifth suspect in a Newberg child porn ring investigation. Thirty-one-year-old Alisa Nice, of McMinnville, made her first court appearance Wednesday in Yamhill County Court. She is facing sex abuse charges.
