Darrin Daily, Four Others, Accused Of Heinous Acts Against Children

Newberg, Oregon – Hold on to your tummies, Demonites and Denizens – I’m on a vomit-inducing roll this a.m. On September 4th, a 15-year-old girl reported to police that 44-year-old Darrin Daily had plied her with marijuana and alcohol before having sex with her. After obtaining a warrant to search Daily’s home, investigators seized his computer and other media storage devices and discovered the 15-year-old girl wasn’t his only victim. Forensic investigators reportedly found numerous photographs of a 14-year-old girl engaged in sex acts with Daily, as well as with several different adults. There were images of her being raped while tied up. There were images of the young teen having sexual intercourse with a dog. OMFG. That ain’t all, Demonites – there were also pictures of a 4-year-old child being sexually assaulted.

Now, get this. The sonofafuckingbitch allegedly put an ad up on CraigslistCraigslist
inviting others to come and rape the teen. Seriously? If that is true, tell me, why is the worthless creature still breathing without the aid of a machine and some tubing? Through Daily’s computer, investigators were able to track down some of the slime that responded to the ad. They are as follows: Robert Thompson, 34; David Garcia, 41; Patricio Moreno, 43; and Alisa Nice, 31. The girl told them that Daily had, on more than one occasion, tied her up and forced her into group sex with these skeevy fuckers. He forced her to have sex with him. He forced her to have sex with his dog. Good thing the asshole had a thing for photography – because without that kind of proof, this shit would be hard to believe. The 4-year-old child was located and interviewed – she confirmed the abuse. That little girl is being cared for at a child abuse assessment center in McMinville.

Online Sexual Corruption of a Child in the First Degree
Encouraging Child Sexual Abuse in the First Degree
Rape in the Third Degree (18 counts)
Sodomy in the Third Degree (5 counts)
Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree (6 counts)
Endangering the Welfare of a Minor (3 counts)
Sexual Abuse in the Third Degree.
He is being held in the Yamhill County Jail on $1,000,000.00 bond.
Robert Dwain Thompson is charged with:
Using Child in Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct (3 counts – Measure 11)
Rape in the Third Degree (3 counts)
Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree (5 counts).
He is being held on $750,000.00 bond.
David Garcia is charged with:
Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree (4 counts)
Rape in the Third Degree (2 counts)
He posted $100,000 bond and was released.
Patricio Moreno is charged with:
Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree (4 counts)
Rape in the Third Degree (2 counts)
Sodomy in the Third Degree (2 counts)
He is being held on $15,000.00 bond.

This one is fairly local to me – I recently moved outta that shithole town. I don’t know any of these people personally, but I’m putting my feelers out to see if I can pick up any extra information on the nastiness that’s been going down in that apartment. I lived in Oregon when Measure 11 passed and I remember that there was so much debate about it… I remember high schoolers being afraid to get into fights for fear of being shipped away for 5-7 years.
Today I don’t give a crap about any of the debate — I’m just really happy it exists! If these pervs are convicted on all counts they will be serving many years of mandatory time.
I hope the girls recover fully, Newberg is pretty small, I’m sure everyone knows who the victims are. I hope they can recover some semblance of normalcy…

ew ew ew ew. I’m from just south of Newberg and I remember about 11 years ago my husband bid on a job in up there. I drove up to visit him one weekend and we went to this little shithole bar/chinese restaurant for drinks. I swear every person in there looked like a meth head or a kiddie diddler ( except for one really hot cowboy). I never went back up to visit him again.

Man, Oregon is really getting to be as bad as Florida! Jesus. My only experience with Newberg is that I got a ragdoll kitten from a lady there who had a farm. She was really nice and seemingly normal, but the town itself had a weird vibe to it. We went in a convenience store and the people kind of stared at us like we didn’t belong, though for the life of me I don’t know what made us stand out. It was weird. Kind of like an alternate universe when you are used to downtown Portland as I am.

How completely fucking vile. What in the hell kind of CL ad was that!? Jesus!! Seriously, I would love to know how you advertise for people to come rape a child and it just flies under the radar.
Those poor little kids. I really hope they are able to recover from this. As for the fuckers responsible, I don’t know. I am actually at a loss–I can’t seem to think of any punishment bad enough.

After looking at this douche bags myspace… it looks like he has a daughter that looks to be about 4 years old… I just can’t for the life of me imagine doing that to a child!!!! The whole thing is just so fucked up!!! He had to look down at a sweet totally innocent child… possibly his own daughter… and do what he did!!! I just cant let that sink into my brain. The victims should sue these people for the cost of name changes and relocation. If this town is as small as you say, everyone will know who the victims are, and the victims may want to move somewhere that doesn’t hold these kind of memories.
I can’t believe one of these (I can’t think of any words bad enough to go here) managed to post bail on $100,000. God that pisses me off.

OMG, those mugshots are scary to me and I am a grown woman, its hard to comprehend the fear those kids suffered with those big ugly people coming at them and raping them. Just horrible. They need to bring back the Firing Squads or the Guillotine for inhuman freaks like this or just life in prison with a manditory gang rape everyday would be better for them.

I am the mother of that 4 year old in the story. this is the first time that i actually get to thank people for there comments. this is the first time that i have read comments where i was not being attacked by people. THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT, THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS!

Sometimes you don’t have to wait for the trial to just know they are guilty. My favorite kind of justice is street justice. Let the families or even the victims in a room with these guys and woman??? for as long as it takes. Give them all the tools they need and let it fly!

OMG. So sorry OneAngryMom. Life must be pretty rough right now. No one knows what it’s like until it happens to you or yours. Sometimes you just can’t see it coming. The only ones at fault here are the bastards that committed these crimes. Get counsuling, move on, and live evrey moment like it’s your last and you will get over it.
