I found an article in which it seems that there are currently no charges, hopefully at the very least they will be charged with stupid resulting in death of a child (I wish that was a law). I mean really was there no sofas in the house? no beds? damn at the very least carpet? Was the party so rowdy that no one heard the water turned on in the tub. How were they gonna hear the baby cry? They're fairly easy to haul around and set up and you can get a new one for as low as 40 bucks.
