Casselberry, FL – Nioshka Bello is considered by neighbors to be an excellent and doting mother. That’s weird, because based on the fact that her mugshot and story are being featured here on the Dreamin’ Demon, you gotta figure that the chick is lacking in the most basic of parenting skills. Nioshka used to have a 2-year-old daughter named Janessa Sandoval, who, according to neighbors, was very well kept, doted upon, and happy. That happy little girl is dead – her mommy strangled her with a bra. Yes, Nioshka managed to rid this earth of one more toddler, but failed miserably when it came to taking her own life.

Nioshka later admitted to strangling the toddler with a bra and her own hands, but failed to explain why. She also failed to explain why it took 12 whole hours to report the child’s death to anyone. According to the arrest affidavit, after calling 911 to report the death of her child, Nioshka attempted to take her own life by downing 20 Benadryl tablets and some Tylenol. Nioshka was sent to the hospital in critical condition – Janessa was sent to the coroner.

Responding officers noted that Nioshka seemed to be detached and disinterested in the condition of her daughter. Neighbors, however, say that when she was taken from the apartment, she looked distraught. Neighbors think Nioshka OD’d because she was upset and not because she did anything wrong. Well of course she’s upset! She just ruined a perfectly good piece of lingerie with a toddler’s throat. Duh…

According to Nioshka’s mother, she has a history of (obviously failed) suicide attempts – the last time she tried to off herself was in high school. (You would think that after 2 or 3 tries you would be able to succeed). Instead of opting for 20 Benadryl tablets and some Tylenol, Nioshka should have opted to go the same route she chose for her daughter – death by bra. Or better yet, death by speeding semi-truck.

Nioshka Bello, 22, was released from the hospital on Tuesday and is now being held without bail in Seminole County Jail.

    The young Casselberry mother, accused of strangling her 2-year-old daughter with her bra and hands has been found mentally incompetent and transferred to a state mental hospital.

    Nioshka Bello, 22, was moved today from the Seminole County Jail.

    It was not immediately clear which state mental hospital she was sent to.

    On Monday, Circuit Judge O.H. Eaton Jr. signed an order, finding her incompetent to stand trial and ordering her treatment at a state hospital.

    She will stay in the locked-down facility until mental health experts there say she is able to help her lawyer prepare for trial.

    She has not yet been formally charged, but a Seminole County grand jury may hear evidence against her Tuesday.

    Last week, the judge appointed psychiatrist Jeffrey Danziger and psychologist Daniel Tressler to evaluate her.

    They filed their reports with the court Monday. They are sealed, so it’s not clear what mental problems they found, but they were enough to convince Assistant State Attorney Jim Carter to agree to send Bello to a state mental hospital.

    He said based on the experts’ reports, sending her to a mental hospital “was the appropriate thing to do.”
