Gary Green Didn’t Want A Divorce

Dallas, TX – Most of us have been through it. The end of a serious relationship or marriage. You know, things didn’t work out and its time to cut your losses and split. Some of us don’t part ways on good terms. You know how it can be, your every waking minute is consumed with thoughts of revenge, plotting and scheming on how you can make them pay. Wondering which cables belong to the brakes and exactly how much damage a brick to the back of the skull will actually cause. Pondering exactly how tamper proof those pesky tamper proof seals are, and googling their drive from home to work every day. You’ll show him that you don’t take these things lightly. Besides, his taste in music and movies suck and he was lucky you ever gave him the time of day… Wait, what was I talking about? Oh yeah, bad break-ups and thoughts of revenge. Point is, we never do it. As much as we want them to hurt, we once loved them and those pesky good memories always get in the way. Right? Well, not for every one. When Gary Green found out that his wife, Lovetta Armstead was seeking divorce, he decided everyone had to die, including her innocent children.

Green and Armstead had been in a relationship and living together for 2 years. She had three children from previous relationships, 12 and 9 year old boys and a 6 year old girl, Jazzman Montgomery. they had recently married in June, but Armstead was not happy for one reason or another and decided to file for divorce. Green’s MySpace has him listed as married and includes a slide show almost entirely made up of pictures of him and Armstead. Armstead’s MySpaceMySpace, which she logged into the day she died however, has herself listed as Single and other than Green being her #1 friend, has no signs of him anywhere else. Yeah, if my significant other lists themselves as single, you can pretty much take it that I am considering myself dumped.

Monday evening, Armstead dropped the two boys off at church and returned home with Jazzmen. Green, who had a criminal past, thought he had moved out, convinced her to allow him to get back into the house because his parole officer was going to check on him. When she arrived home that evening, Armstead found Green waiting for her. Green attacked her and stabbed her to death and then went after the tiny 6 year old. The thought of that baby watching her mother die and then having this huge psycho fuck come after her is heart wrenching. The thought of the fear she must have felt is almost too much for me to bear. Needless to say, Jazzmen was no match for the monster and was also stabbed to death.

After he was done at the house, he went to the church and picked up the two boys. Once he got them into the house, he told the 12 year old to take a shower, more than likely to get him out of the way. It isn’t unfair to assume that this cowardly bastard thought the 12 year old might be a threat. Green then proceeded to attack the 9 year old, stabbing him in the stomach. At some point, the 12 year old came back onto the scene, Green forced them into a back room to look at the dead bodies of ther mother and sister. They were somehow able to convince him not to kill them. Even though the 9 year old was seriously injured, the 12 year old did not suffer any physical harm. When Green left, the 12 year old ran next door for help.

After fleeing the scene, in true pussy fashion, Green attempted to overdose and kill himself. He didn’t try hard enough though, the asshole is still alive. What a fuck up. He called his mother and she convinced him to turn himself in.

Green has been charged with capital murder, with other charges pending and is being held on a $1 million bond. Let him rot.

Below, I am including a video of Jazzmen, wearing a “Future Delta Sigma Theta” sorority t-shirt, reciting “I Too Sing America.” It put a huge lump in my throat.

Delta Sigma Theta would have been lucky to have a girl like you join their ranks, Jazzmen.

Why? So senseless. If I can’t have her no one can mentality, but to go after her kids as well – harsh. These boys will never be the same. Very heartbreaking!

Tragic. I can’t even begin to imagine what those poor boys are going through right now. I pray that God will give them strength and comfort. They are going to need it. Bless their poor little hearts. I hope the boy that got stabbed heals quickly.

Well, this was in Texas…please let this one be a death penalty case. It has all the markings of a death penalty case, premeditation, multiple kills, child murder, lying in wait, all that shit. But who knows, Brent Stephens, who waited for and then bashed in his wife’s skull with a baseball bat at her office, was in Texas and well and somehow did not qualify for the death penalty.

If this isn’t a death penalty case, in Texas no less, than seriously, what IS?

Worthless fucker. Let’s hope it’s a supermax prison for you, you vile piece of cowardly shit.

Pleasure at hearing children scream in terror as they begged ‘daddy’ for their lives?
Why was he so successful at planning and executing their deaths but such a miserable failure at his own?

poor kids who are going to suffer for a long, long time. && iu cannot even believe the absolute horror of poor jazzmen. this guy doesn’t even need a trial, but yet, just the lethal injection right away straight to his veins && heart. what a complete asswipe of life.

I don’t understand how the boys were allowed to leave with Gary Green from the church, didn’t she warned the church people? I know I would of if I was split up, especially if they were not related, damn!
Besides wouldn’t they suspect something he more then likely was sweating, nervous and blood splattered clothing. That MF’er should of died.

Are you Serious, I just assume Stephens would get death row. I think of his wife alot…

I am surprised that didn’t happen to me, I was always looking over my shoulder on the way to and from work. I’ve got relaxed about it. I am wrong to let my guard down, My ex is that way he will wait until you least expect it. I have always worried that he would get away with it too. He has away with the justice system, very good luck for a devil. He wouldn’t think twice about killing the kids if they were witness or in his way. No remorse, my guess.

Wow this made me cry….so sad….

He’s a fucking psycho. this was premeditated, he waited for her to return home and the went to pick up the boys from church, so he had alot of time to think about what he was planning to do and what he already did.

I agree, shouldn’t they have been suspicious since they were just dropped off by thier mother, they could of at least tried to make contact with her to make sure it was okay prior to releasing the boys to him.

Thank you for this article and saying everything I am thinking. I am Mr. Montgomery’s wife and stepmother to Jazzmen. We had just taken her back home Monday evening and I wish it would have been a holiday and she would have been with us instead of back home. My husband is so hurt and angry. I have to keep telling him that things will be okay…all the while in my mind I am thinking of the many ways sissy ass Gary can suffer. I don’t want him to get the death penalty….I want him to suffer miserably. I want him to get into general population in prison so he can get what he gave our baby…….

I also want to say that before this happen I hadn’t really met Jazzmen’s brothers, but this past week I have fallen in love especially with the youngest that was also injured. Lovetta did an excellent job raising her children. Thank you again.

Please offer your husband my sympathy and condolences. I am sorry for your family’s loss. Jazzmen seemed like such a beautiful child. When I found the youtube video of her, for the first time in a long time, a story on here actually made me weepy. Hearing her voice and seeing how happy she seemed makes it real to those of us who did not know her.

Please keep us up to date on what happens with this case if you are able. Once the initial shock is over, the main stream media tends to “forget” about victims like this and we are left wondering what happened. I am hoping justice will be severe and swift. This man has proven himself to be a coward in every sense of the word.

Thanks all! Rotten Apple, you are so right pretty soon everyone will forget what happened. I will most definitely keep you updated. What cause a blow to the situation is his family was interviews by Fox 4 news here in Dallas and they had the nerve to say he wanted out of the relationship and that he isn’t a monster he would never do anything like this. What is he then??
