Thuy Le Was Feeling A Little Stabby

Westminster, CA – “Hi. I just stabbed my daughters and myself.” Those were the words spoken by 38-year-old Thuy Le, very calmly I might add, after getting all stabby on her two kiddos Wednesday morning. “It’s all bloody,” she said. The 911 dispatcher, a little taken aback by Le’s somewhat relaxed demeanor, asked Le why she was so calm. I guess that usually, after going completely off the deep end and poking at your spawn with sharp pointy things, most people are a little more freaked out. Le replied, somewhat snottily, “What? Oh my god. Are you coming?” Yep. They were coming. When police arrived on the scene, they found Le clutching her bloody 3-year-old daughter. Worse, they found Le’s other daughter, just 5-years-old, unconscious, covered in blood, and suffering a stab wound to the chest.
Le’s cousin, Toan Pham, woke to the sound of screaming kiddos at about 6:30 that morning – Le and the two girls had spent the night on Pham’s living room floor. Pham first encountered the 5-year-old and asked her why she was bleeding and crying. The little girl, unable to speak, couldn’t give him an answer. He then found a bloodied Le holding her youngest daughter. It then became clear – Le stabbed the little ones and attempted to stab herself. “We don’t know why this happened,” Pham said. “My cousin really loves her children. There is no way I could have ever imagined this could happen.” (If you listen the the 911 call in it’s entirety, you can hear exactly when Pham and his wife appeared in the living room).
Le admitted to stabbing the children and scratching herself up a bit. The motive isn’t exactly clear right now – could be marital issues, could be financial issues, could be mental issues. Could be she’s just an attention whore and/or bitch. Le’s 5-year-old daughter suffered a deep wound directly to her heart. She is now in a medically induced coma. The 3-year-old child is in stable condition with numerous but superficial slash wounds, as is Le. When released from the hospital, she will be charged with attempted murder.

Well considering she was sleeping on her cousins floor, could be a financial thing. She is obviously a selfish bitch! I really hope both her daughters recover soon. I hate that the 5 year old is in a med ind. coma. So sad!

I don’t know, staying with family could point to marital issues as well. Using the kids to hurt your spouse/ex-spouse is a common ploy.
I guess she could just be crazy, but my money’s on trying to hurt the girls’ father.

I might buy that she’s crazy, if it weren’t for the fact that she herself had only superficial wounds. I tend to agree with Deety on this one.
And what about that little girl? Who survives a stab wound directly to the heart?!? I hope she survives.

Poor little girls. Its the aftermath that kills me…I cant imagine being a child and having to live with such a horrible vision for the rest of my life. Hope they get extra loving care from all angles, including the psychiatric one. When I was a kid, I had a nightmare once of my loving mother turning into “The Hulk” and coming after me. I woke up screaming. But for something like that to actually come true for a child…

“of course I need the paramedics didn’t you hear I stabbed them?” What a dumb bitch I can’t believe she has an attitude after she stabbed her own kids. There is no excuse to stab your kids your just a bitch period.
