Kimberly Graham Got What She Deserved

TULSA, OK - On Nov 12th, 2007 a woman had a motorcycle accident outside of Backyard Bar. Four people who witnessed the crash ran out to assist her. It is at that point that a drunken Kimberly Graham plowed into the group in her Dodge Ram Pickup, killing ever single one of them. She then did the noble thing and fled the scene leaving them strewn down Memorial Drive to die. She was later arrested after turning herself in and charged with five counts of first-degree manslaughter. On March 12th of this year, jurors convicted Kimberly Graham on all five counts plus one count of leaving the scene of an accident. YesterdayYesterday reviews
, Judge Thornbrugh sentenced her to 107 years in prison. 20 years for each victim and 7 years for leaving the scene.
DeAnna and Ronny Coatney, Casey Jones, Anita Foote, and Shannon Lacey all died that night because of drunk-driving moron. Most of you know my thoughts on people who kill others while driving drunk (I think they should get murder charges), I am still glad that the jurors agreed with prosecutors on this and that obviously, so did the judge.
Graham’s attorney’s tried to say it wasn’t her fault because all of the victims were crouched low in the dark street, but that contradicted police officer Jason Willingham who said, “This section of road is a decent lit piece of road, short of putting a fire truck out there, I don’t know what else you could do.” Graham even admitted to police that she was drunk and that is why she left the scene, telling officers she had one mixed drink, two shots, and six beers that night. But when she took the stand during the trial (which is never a good thing in cases like this) she told jurors that she was not drunk and had overestimated the amount she drank that night. Right.
She also never apologized or address the victim’s families even though she was given two chances to do so. But who gives a fuck. Let her pay for her mistake and hopefully she will have enough time to think about the damage she has done – including to her own friends and family – while spending the rest of her life in a cell. Hopefully cases like this can get some of you dumb fucks to think twice before endangering my life when you get on the road after drinking. Most of you suck at driving anyway (yeah, you too), the last thing you need is alcohol.

So sad. This happened in Raleigh about 5-7 years ago. There was a small accident and several people stopped to help and some drunk ass didn’t see anything and rammed everyone that had stopped to help. Several people died and some kids who were waiting in the car watched their parents die (who were assisting). It’s not worth it, it’s not worth your life or someone else’s. I hate people like this too.

As thrilled as I am that this fat bitch is actually going to pay dearly for this, I can’t help but be pissed off that worthless cunt Gina Garcia, she of the “husband works for the DA” fame, is probably congratulating herself today for getting off so easy. Her pregnant victim will never have any real justice and while I’m glad these five people will, I can’t help but be disgusted at how many Gina Garcias have gotten off with almost nothing for choosing to drive drunk and leaving the scene.
So this bitch here refused to apologize? Let’s hope she gets no mercy herself when she’s begging for it while being repeatedly assaulted in prison. Repulsive bitch.

This woman got what she deserved. Plain and simple. But I wonder if she was an alcoholic. Most likely. Did she have priors? Most likely. If she did, she was on alert that she might do something illegal and immoral. Addiction probably had a hand in this case. But after she sobered up, she showed no remorse. That is either a dead-on sign that she is in complete denial, or she just doesn’t give a fuck.. That to me either one would be unforgivable.
While I have no sympathy for someone who keeps getting drunk and driving, addiction almost always plays a part. There is no known cure for addiction, only treatment. The result of the disease only ends one of three ways: Jail, institutions or death. She proved it. If she is eligible for parole, I hope she is denied. She has no remorse, no compassion for the families she destroyed, and feels no accountability.I agree, it’s murder. The person she has chosen to become deserves to sit in jail, and maybe purgatory, for not taking responsibility for her own actions. Therefore, the state will take responsibility for her actions, morning-noon-and night. She might be a candidate for the ‘ol timey sanitariums, where they try to figure out what part of the brain makes her drink. Then prevent her from drinking via a lobotomy

I ride with SOME local bikers and I hate to say it but most think they have an entitlement because they can afford the big house,vehicle that most have AND a thirty thousand dollar bike,(insurance ect… included) Many try to draw closer to law enforcement for a false sense of connection and/or power (comradeship) that simply does not exist unless the popo is corrupt(which is all too often the case).
How a da’s family member is being prosecuted kind of baffles me and makes me think maybe there is a moral fiber out there is confusing.
Is there really anyone out there who follows the book out there anymore?
Is there really a law officer who cares about justice and the law above their personals as they swore?
Why are we looking anywhere else for our next leader?
