Hamilton, OH – Asuncion “Suzie” Avila-Villa is one callous, putrid, vile, waste of skin. Nature mistakenly saw fit to bless this worthless sack of shit masquerading as a human being with the ability to create a little human, and what does she do with that gift she managed to create? She allegedly abused him, neglected him, crushed his tiny skull, and threw him in the trash can. Then the wretched beast thought she could lie her way out of it. On Monday, the gargoyle called 911 and tearfully reported that her baby’s daddy had taken off with her precious little gift on Sunday and she hasn’t seen either one of them since. Boohoo. Sniff. Well, right away, shit didn’t add up and cops were suspicious from the start. And for good reason – the child’s tiny body was found in a trash can in the alley behind the degenerate’s apartment complex on Tuesday. Little Israel Santos was just 5-weeks old. Autopsy confirmed that he had died from a crushed skull prior to being thrown into the trash. He also had a broken arm and appeared to be malnourished, weighing only 9 pounds, just one ounce more than when he was born. He had been dead for two days when he was found. Villa, 25, was arrested and charged with murder, endangering children, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence. The child’s father is not considered a suspect in the case.

    Thankfully her dumb mind wasn’t smart enough to put the baby’s corpse somewhere else than the dumpster behind the apartment. Oh wait she’s so smooth she didn’t think she even needed to worry about it right? Dumb ass bitch, 5 weeks, give your baby to the fire dept or something. Don’t treat him like the garbage you threw him out in.

    Selfish bitch. She makes it sound like she let the baby go with the father out of the kindness of her heart. A load of self serving crap.

    “It’s sickening to review the 911 tape, knowing the real outcome here,” said Police Chief Neil Ferdelman. “It’s difficult for even veteran investigators to stomach this kind of conduct.”

    On Shuler Avenue, the lower-income neighborhood where Avila-Villa lived in a large, run-down brick building, neighbors were surprised to learn that a female even lived there, said Terri Kersbergen.

    “All we ever saw was guys coming in and out of there,” Kersbergen said.

    Two of Avila-Villa’s five children live with relatives in Texas. Two others plus Israel lived with her, Piper said. Israel’s father is a teenager, although Avila-Villa told authorities he is 21. The county’s Children Services agency is arranging for care of Israel’s two siblings.

    Coroner Richard Burkhardt said Israel weighed only 9 pounds, just an ounce more than when he was born at Fort Hamilton Hospital.

    So many good people trying to adopt a child would have loved that little baby and given him a happy life. Why couldn’t she have just left him on somebody’s doorstep? So horribly tragic.

    On Monday, Avila-Villa’s murder charge was upgraded to aggravated murder and a charge of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor was added.

    The grand jury indictment states that Avila-Villa killed the child to hide unlawful sexual conduct she had with an underage minor between September and November 2008.

    Investigators say the Hamilton mother charged with killing her 5-week-old son and putting the body in a garbage can murdered the child to cover up who fathered the baby.

    A grand jury has indicted Asuncion Avila-Villa, 26, for unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. According to the indictment, the father is under the age of 16.

    Villa is also charged with aggravated murder, tampering with evidence and gross abuse of a corpse.

    “She’s trying to get rid of the baby so no one will discover that the father was under the age of 16,” said Butler County Prosecutor Robin Piper.

    Piper won’t say anything about who the alleged father is. He says it was inevitable that someone would have eventually found Villa out.

    Investigators tell 9 news Villa was on public assistance and if she wanted to keep getting it she had to help identify the father. They also say the baby, Israel Santos, was found dead just days before a DNA test was set to be conducted.
