Wildomar, California – This story is full of so much dysfunction, it will make your head spin. Just keeping the baby daddies straight was enough to make me want to send a huge donation to this woman’s closest Planned Parenthood. Not only is Diana Vicky Estrada, 24, a heartless child abusing cunt, she was also previously convicted for…you guessed it, child abuse against an older daughter. Exactly how dense do you have to be to not to realize that injuring another one of your children will violate your probation? Being stupid should make you sterile, but unfortunately it doesn’t. So not only was this woman able to walk the streets free after hurting her older child, she was able to create another victim. Awesome.

Last week, Estrada took her 2 year old daughter to an urgent care facility for severe burns to her lower body. Estrada claims that while she was washing curtains in a bathtub, the girl fell into the hot water and burned her legs. Turns out, the truth was mommy dearest decided to punish the toddler for a potty training accident by filling the tub and holding her in scalding water. Not only that, but she did not even seek medical treatment for her daughter until 2 days later when the burns became infected.
The toddler is expected to undergo surgery this week to attempt to save her feet. Ugh. Trying to imagine the pain this baby is feeling takes my breath away. All because she had an accident. What happened to positive reinforcement people? CleanClean reviews

Estrada was arrested on suspicion of child abuse with great bodily injury and a probation violation and had bail set at $50,000. The older child is now in the custody of Child Protective Services.
Estrada was previously convicted of abusing her older daughter, now 4, in 2007. She and her her boyfriend, who is also the father of the burned toddler (hereby known as baby daddy #2), were charged after the older daughter was found to have unexplained broken arms. They both pled guilty and were sentenced to 180 days in jail to be served on the weekends and 4 years probation, but by the time Estrada was convicted, she already had the older girl back in her custody. Estrada completed required parenting classes and was considered “low risk” for re-offending. Scares me to think of what is considered high risk. Actively beating the child in front of the judge?
Oh, but wait folks. There’s MORE. Seems that Estrada here is also a key witness in the murder case of her husband by baby daddy #1. Yup. This woman gets around. Estrada’s husband was stationed in Iraq in the National Guard when he returned home for the birth of the older girl, who was not biologically his. He and baby daddy #1 got into a confrontation over who would raise the girl, and baby daddy # 1 shot and killed him. Estrada witnessed the whole thing while holding the older girl in her arms. Nice.
In 2008, while seeking a restraining order required by the court against baby daddy #2 in order to regain custody of both girls, Estrada wrote: “”I feel that I can protect my little girls and I don’t need a paper saying that I am protected,” she wrote. “I know how to parent my children.”
Ummm…no bitch, you don’t.

1st off these assholes that are convicted of hurting children should have to be sterilized. No iff, ands, or buts about it
then 180 days after hurting the 1st child and she was not only back in their custody but then she had another and it wasn’t immediately removed. Seems like some laws need to change real fast before some other child gets hurt like this

This entire deal stinks of her saying she would not testify against the shooter if she didn’t get her victims back. There really needs to be some heads rolling here for both parties using a kid as a pawn IMO.

You know, I have two little guys, ages 4 & 5, who often have potty-related accidents. Never once has torture occurred to me as punishment, and I have a rather impressive temper. But I guess I was just lucky enough to be born with the ability to bond with my offspring. I simply clean the mess and attempt to keep the swear words in my grumbling to a minimum while the kids are in the room.
I’d love to see this bitch locked in a cell, denied the use of a toilet, then have someone throw a bucket of boiling water on her face and crotch every time she pisses or shits herself.

I just looked up her court records. This bitch sure liked to run and file restraining orders on everyone around her. (even her own mother who was only trying to protect her granddaughters). It’s too bad Liliana and Princella couldn’t file restraining orders against their ugly-ass, skanky looking, HORRIBLE dye job cum bucket of a an egg-donor!
Low-risk? How about only returning children when there is NO risk.

This bitch needs a good punch in the nose….oh and some battery acid, etc. I just can’t understand how you can hurt a child like that. I feel bad if my daughter is acting up and I make her go to bed early. I do it because I want her to grow up right, but I understand now when my parents would always say “this is going to hurt me more than it’s going to hurt you”.

LAWS!! We gotta have LAWS that protect kids and punish the shit out of adults who harm them. I’m all for the forced sterilization of abusive parents; both should lose the privilege to breed, and they should be required by law to check-in every damn week with the kids so Child Services can see for themselves that the kids are okay. If they don’t, they get arrested and fined for failure to comply.
