Zachery Ellis Squeezed The Baby

Kansas City, KS- Zachery Ellis is listed as an RSO, but he’s also a real POS. Police arrested his worthless ass 5 a.m. SundaySunday reviews
for felony abuse of a 7-week old infant. A judge denied bond for Ellis stating that the defendant is a danger to the victim. Authorities believe Ellis squeezed the child until it’s ribs broke and jerked the infant by the legs and arms, causing spiral fractures on all four limbs. The infant also sustained bruising to its lungs, spleen damage and tearing to the inside of it’s mouth. The baby was listed in stable condition Monday at Children’s Mercy after being transferred there from Heartland Regional Medical Center last Thursday night. It was an emergency room nurse in the Kansas City hospital who contacted authorities early FridayFriday reviews
morning and indicated that the infant’s injuries were consistent with child abuse. Ellis entered a guilty plea in September 2006 to a misdemeanor charge of second-degree child molestation. In that case, Ellis allegedly had intercourse with a child under the age of 14. The court agreed at that time to enter a suspended imposition of sentence, providing that Ellis completed two years supervised probation. In May 2007, Ellis had his probation revoked and was ordered to serve a year in jail. Thanks to the detective work of Dakota Valkyrie, we believe Ellis is the sperm donor of the infant. He doesn’t cry very often and when he does its only to say hey I need something, then he is done. The poor baby just got circumsized about an hour ago… I feel so bad for him, but he is being a tuff little man for me.”

Do we even want to speculate why the inside of the infants mouth was torn? Ugh. Give me 1 gun with 1 bullet and 1 minute alone with the piece of shit. No more babies/children would ever suffer again – and I would sleep tonite with no qualms. The injuries to that child are horrific. He must be tough to still be alive!

Just look at it this way. Your only hearing one side of the story as well, which is obviously from him or someone close to him. What if he did do this? What if he really hurt that little baby like that? Would you still be on here defending him? 3 year old child ways what 45-65 pounds a 7 week baby ways 15-20 tops
if the 3 year old lays on him or gets on him then the weight is going to hurt the baby and could possibly kill him

Why must you be so stupid? A spiral fracture is caused by twisting the bone until it breaks. If a 3 year old is capable of that, you best be putting him in a home for psychotic children immediately. Especially if he did this FOUR times, once on each limb. That takes some serious malicious intent.

a three year does have the stregnth to do so.
i am a lawyer’s assistant,
and have been for the last two years.
I have personally had to deal with multiple families who were charged with child abuse becuase of an older sibiling or family member “played rough” with an infant.
just in the past year,
i had to help work on a case where a two year old caused severe internal bleeding, neck injuries consistant with choking, and three broken ribs on a nine month old. all because the child wanted to pick up the infant.
kids at this age don’t understand what they are really doing to the infant because they are used to playing with someone or something much stronger than them.
please,
quit being ignorant to the actual FACTS,
and not just the biased OPINIONS of law enforcement.

As a former FF/EMT, I have seen literally hundreds of broken bones, and sadly, several dozen of those were spiral fractures in children.
In fact, in over 15 yrs field experience, I have seen only one spiral fracture that was not caused by physical abuse of another, and that patient was over eighty with severe osteoporosis, who twisted her leg when stepping off of a curb.
Considering how soft a baby’s bones are, a three year old would stand a better chance of spiral fracturing bones in the eighty year old I mentioned, versus the infant.
These two troggs can try blowing their collective ass smoke until the hills go flat, as it won’t change a single fact, nor the jury’s minds.
You see, Gilligan and Skipper, medical and LE personnel are better at their jobs than either of you are at navigating and piloting, and they’ve been at their jobs a lot longer that your ill fated three hour tour.
They know what causes spiral fractures, and they have scientific data on exactly how much strength it takes to cause such breaks in children, and corresponding with their varying age/weight groups.
You can also bet your bippies that they have data as to the strength of children in varying ages, and data that can show the possibility of child on child injury, including ages, weights, leverage/balance requirements, etc., etc., ad infinitum.
You two will soon find out that this is not the court’s first rodeo in the child abuse arena, as your RSO friend Zack has already learned.
