James Davis Was Not McLovin’ It

Fort Walton Beach, FL- For some strange reason, James Nathan Dale Davis, 23, was having a really shitty day at McDonald’s on July 29. Davis first got in a huff when a news program on the restaurant television was discussing pornography and he requested the manager to turn the TV off. The manager did as he demanded, but that didn’t cool the ass-hat’s temper. Right after that, Davis spilled a drink on the floor. He hollered and cursed at the and the staff of McDonald’s to clean it up. The store manager began filling a mop bucket, but had to stop to help other customers.

Having to wait for his demands, the tyrant Davis became even more irritated. The cashiers and manager offered to give Davis the regional manager’s number to call and make a complaint, but Davis ignored them. Finally, the police were called and the dispatch officer asked the female employee to get Davis’ license plate number before he made his escape. The employee follwed Davis out of the restaurant and began reading the plate number to dispatch as Davis began to back out.

This enraged Davis even more and he stopped the vehicle. Davis then yelled out the window, “If you don’t move out of my way, Bitch, I will hit you.” The asshole then put the car in reverse an accelerated with squealing tires. The employee quickly moved out of the way to avoid being hit. Davis stopped the car about one arms length from the employee before leaving the parking lot. James Davis was later arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault.
